Hi Daniel, when you brought your 1999 Ford F-150 in for the fuel tank band recall, your truck didn't have the fuel tank in it. We offered to just give you the parts so when you reinstalled the tank, that you could use the correct bands. At the time, that seemed to appease everyone, I'm sorry if you're upset about it now.

We're not sure what ticket you're referring to, however it's common when people do a little bit of work on their vehicles themselves, that it ends up requiring more work in order to perform an alignment.
