I took my Ford Focus to have recall work done. I had an 8:15 appointment. They said it should be done by noon. They said they’d call me when it was done. I never got a call. I called them sometime around 8:15 appointment. They said it should be done by noon. They said they’d call me when it was done. I never got a call. I called them sometime around 4:30 and they said it would be ready by 5:30. I had company so I picked it up the next day. Looks like if they weren’t going to have it by noon they could have called and let me know. I won’t do business with them again. Poor communication . More

Poorest service I’ve had there. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and No one came to me to let me know it was finished as I waited. No apologies and Greg didn't seem to care.
