Sold me a new car that had a bad clutch issue in the transmission. Became on Recall several months later. Brought it in to fix it. Never was right even after that. Brought it back again because of other transmission. Became on Recall several months later. Brought it in to fix it. Never was right even after that. Brought it back again because of other recalls, and the transmission light came on again. Would not honor to fix the transmission that has always been a problem with the clutches, creating the vehicle to have a jerky takeoff when you drive it, After declining to pay for the problem they never fixed. The guy told me at the service desk it would cost me 1700 to 2700 dollars to get it fixed. I then called my mechanic in liberty to see what it would cost. They are fixing it today for 800 dollars. Was going to trade it in there for a new car before I found this out. Will never do business with you again. Ford Focus has always had this Clutch problem (Many of them were on recall) if the problem was yours, fix it!!! And then charge a few thousand more then what you should be. Should so gave you a 0 star rating. More
