The service staff has stepped up in professionalism since my last service (May '23). While en route to Excelsior Springs on Saturday, my moonroof stuck in the open position. Once we arrived at The Elms Hotel I googled Ford dealerships and called Chuck Anderson Ford. They diagnosed the problem as a broken track and were able to cover the opening and securely tape it to prevent any water leakage. Never received a single call from the service writer during the week my vehicle was there. I called 3 times over the week they had it and was told a line of xx every time.
