They treat you like family until you sign all the paper work and then your nothing to them. Don't expect any kind of service from them. Finally get told that it will be next week before we can put a tire on.. no Curtisy calls or anything. Was promised a set of tires and to fix a window. Was told by service department that they are just going to put on one tire and I have to take my car to another dealership to get the window fixed.. I told the service guy that I was just going to pick it up and he said that they put my spare donut tire on and didn't recommend it being drove. A very bad experience, beware of this car lot. More

Worst experience I've had. Way too many mess ups at my expense. Messed up my name and address on all paperwork contacted them to have it fixed they said it was but when my paperwork came from the bank it was not fixed Service department is not very good either, I was told they would make it right bc I lived an hour away an had to make two trips to have my car fixed but choose not to, also didn't fix one issue since my check engine light came on the day after I got my car. I do not recommend doing business with them both delarship and service department are very unprofessional. More
