Shouldn’t have to wait over a week to get oil change appointment. After oil change program ends (1 more) will consider going elsewhere. Car was sitting outside done for over 15 minutes. Didn’t wash vehicle so went back in and asked if they weren’t doing anymore. Was told yes, should have been done. A nice mechanic was standing there (Charlie) and he said he would go wash it for us.
