I had problems with a used truck I bought since the day I brought it home and refused to fix them. It is clear to me that all that matters to them is moving vehicles out there door. There employees try to help me but the greed of the company put a end to that fast. You may be ok stopping here if you're broke down and have no other options but buyer beware. More

By the time we returned to the Rob's office, he had already printed off the CarFax report and sat down with us to discuss the vehicle's history and how Chrysler World came to own it. The discussion regarding the price was non confrontational and more of a conversation than anything. I couldn't be more please with the buying experience at Chrysler World. Chrysler World, "They don't care after the sell" I purchased a new 2016 Ram and there "Finalcoat" rust and protection package. Unfortunately my truck ended up getting hard water spots all over it. I I purchased a new 2016 Ram and there "Finalcoat" rust and protection package. Unfortunately my truck ended up getting hard water spots all over it. I took it back to Chrysler World and Don Birmingham (body shop manager) said we will have to file a claim with Finalcoat to get this fixed and that will take 30-45 days. Well, I waited over 45 days, and no answer. So I called Finalcoat myself and they said the claim was approved 7 days after it was filed. So I ended up driving my new truck with hard water spot all over it for 2 months when it could have been fixed in a week. I also sent a letter to Stu Winarski the owner of Chrysler World about my problem an he never responded. More
