Went above and beyond! They solved a very difficult electrical problem and then fixed it at no cost even though our warranty was no longer in effect. Very happy with them. Horrible customer service! I would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler World. When we initially bought our Jeep we had a good experience with the sales person. However once I started having issues with my vehicle my impression of this dealer has significantly dropped. I have a 2014 Jeep that is known for rough shifting and this was actually a buy back for this problem but I was told this was fixed. Well it wasnt. I started having the same issues. Brought it in several times to basically be told they couldn't get it to do what I said it was doing. Almost 3 years and multiple appointments to try to get this resolved but nothing was ever fixed. I finally started getting some answers when I took it to Gandrud. No questions asked Gandrud started the Chrysler protocol for the common transmission issue and today I am getting my transmission replaced through them. But the dealer that I bought it from gave me the run around for 3 years. The biggest problem I have with this is that Chrysler knows there was an issue and put a protocol in place to rectify the issue yet Chrysler World never followed this protocol to get the issue resolved. What horrible customer service! More

They show that they care! I bought my vehicle at the end of March 2018 and didn't have a problem until October 2018. I'm a college student and work part time. My car had starte I bought my vehicle at the end of March 2018 and didn't have a problem until October 2018. I'm a college student and work part time. My car had started to misfire and sputter all of a sudden. At this point we scheduled an appointment with my mechanic at the end of the week, which was as soon as we could get in. On Monday, it all of a sudden died on my way to work. Unfortunately, I had to get it towed to my mechanic and then wait for his diagnostic, wait for parts to get in for it, which was an ECM unit, and have another tow to the Chrysler dealership in Sheboygan. This whole time we had been in contact with the salesman that I had got my car with, Jerry. He really felt bad about the amount of time they were taking to fix it and even offered to tow it by himself to Abrams so that they could take care of it for me. The ECM unit wasn't even all of the problem because it didn't start. It had a major electrical problem and backfired through the third cylinder into the ECM unit. It even melted the coil and my mechanic had to saw it off in order to replace it. Of course the cost of all of this was over $1,000. Before, Jerry had offered half of the bill or up to $400, but when we got the check it was exactly half! I have never heard of a dealership that has stood by their cars and really cared about their customers like this one has. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need a new car down the road!
