I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Chrysler World in September. Mike (my salesperson) was very straight forward and friendly. That's no the best part. I heard a slight noise at highway speed. I brought it in, assuming they would try everything in their power to avoid warranty service, to look at it. After going for a ride they replaced the front driveshaft. That ended up not being the issue. They replaced the torque converter next. That still didn't resolve the noise. They are now working directly with Chrysler to take care of the issue. I have dealt with a number of dealerships and none compare to the service Chrysler World has provided. Being in sales myself, its refreshing to see a business so dedicated to taking care of their customers. I will purchase my next vehicle from them and recommend anyone in Northeast Wisconsin check them out first. I also want to recognize the service manager who has personally test drove and called me to keep me updated. More

This dealer is incredible!! Words alone can not express just how terrific they are! I am a recently divorced woman, who was desperately in need of a new vehicle. Jerry found me an awesome car that suited needs perfectly I live over an hour from this dealer and not being very good with directions , proceeded to get lost on my way to complete the purchase of my new car. Jerry not only made sure I got there safely, he also stayed well over his workday for me and made sure I had great directions for getting back home! He was super friendly and funny and put me completely at ease during what was a very scary process for me. After all of this great service...it didn't end there! I ran into a glitch with my financing and ron and Jerry gave 150% effort to rectify the situation for me . They both worked so hard to help me, it is truly amazing the effort put forth by these great guys. In the end I wound up with my car, and feeling very blessed . My wife and purchased a vehicle from Rob. We needed to have some warranty work done on it and ended up taking it to our local Dodge dealer (Rob is 1 1/4 hours away from us). What a mistake!! Our local dealer gave us the worst service I have ever seen. They had the car for 3 1/2 weeks and still didn't get our car fixed. I couldn't even get a loaner car from them! We called Rob during all of this and he really stepped up to the plate for us. He gave us a loaner car and even delivered it down to us. Then they fixed the mistakes our local dealer made. Rob was friendly and kept in touch with us the entire time. It was great working with Rob and Chrysler World and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle - new or used. I will be looking for another car in the near future and will start my seach with them. More

I liked the way everything was handled. In no way did we feel like we were an inconvenience. Everyone was so nice. They made our day fun!
