Stranded with a flat tire on US 41, asked dealership if possible, to patch tire but a giant hole in the tread made it impossible. Did not want to drive on my space saver spare over 150 miles to home. Dealer did not have a tire size needed in stock, and service drove to Green Bay to get a correct tire. Mounted & balanced then sent us on our way. Do not recommend changing a tire on the interstate (my first) but all ended well. Highly recommend without question. I went in 90% sure what the issues were. I was charged 215$ just for the diagnosis. After the diagnosis the quote was about 1/3 of the price I paid for the vehicle to include a part that was I was charged 215$ just for the diagnosis. I don’t quite understand how I would need to pay for something THEY MAY break. I found another mechanic shop that gave me a quote for 4,100$ less than Chrysler World’s quote for the same work. More
