Better than I expected! Carmen was fantastic! I wanted to get out of my longer termed lease once i found out I no longer had a warranty, I didn't have high expectations that Carmen was fantastic! There was a bit of back and forth but in the end Carmen made it happen. I was with my antsy 7 year old at the time I got my new jeep, Carmen at the of sales associates were patient and friendly with my guy. After a not so great experience with the service department Carmen turn my option of the dealership around. I love my new jeep!! More

Saw a used Jeep on there website called about it was told not at the Brockton dealership it was in Mansfield called Mansfield dealership was told not Saw a used Jeep on there website called about it was told not at the Brockton dealership it was in Mansfield called Mansfield dealership was told not for sale anymore did not pass inspection. It was still listed on there web site called back to Brockton say they still have it come on down ! A week later I get a call the jeep was sold xxx? They don't know what is sold or has not passed inspection what a waste of time! Go elsewhere to a place that knows there inventory. More
