Good price, horrible service CJDR24 operates like its everyone’s first day. Nobody even has their voicemail set up! Any question I asked was either ignored or answered wrong. After I signed for the Jeep, it was very hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Came back a second time to sign finance paperwork and didn’t get to sit down with finance manager until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment. Overall, this dealership seems disorganized and completely unconcerned with customer service. When I finally took delivery, the Jeep had visible scrapes and is missing the user manual. I have emailed the sales person I dealt with, but no surprise, no answer. I would never recommend CJDR24 to a friend or colleague and the only reason I didn’t walk away was because the price I got on my new Jeep. More
