I walked in with an automobile in mind and walked out 1.5 hours later with everything I’d hoped for. There was no need for haggling back and forth. My dealer, Nate was amazing. He was super personable, professional, and had a great knowledge of his way around customer experience. My rationale for five stars was almost dropped a bit due to a technical issue after I’d brought the car home. Nate texted me right back with next steps and the dealership and service department have made great effort thus far to correct the issue. The Jeep sales floor was on point as well. They had car you’d not typically see which really draws in the eye/attention. I am quite sure my dealer would’ve been able to easily guide me into the Supercharged Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo if I’d had the funds. Great job guys! The only thing left to do is finish up my service call quickly and efficiently and you’ll end up with a customer for life. More
