Great Experience, incredible inventory, attentive sales team I have driven by this dealership for the last 17 years and have always noticed their inventory and custom Jeep Wranglers so when it came time to buy a I have driven by this dealership for the last 17 years and have always noticed their inventory and custom Jeep Wranglers so when it came time to buy a Jeep I took the 45 minute ride to CJDR 24. I made visits to two other Jeep dealers, one 5 minutes down the road, and was left wanting to see more options and price points. Not that these other dealers didn't have attentive salespeople or were not helpful. 24 literally has a sea of Jeep Wrangler options. They just didn't have every Jeep trim, color, and option package to experience and see. Having to wait while they checked the multiple lots for the Jeeps was a bit time consuming but that is the price you pay for hundreds of Jeeps to choose from so I guess that is something you just have to deal with in order to get exactly what you want. I worked with Jen, who I probably drove nuts with my negotiating, who was very helpful with my purchase and was willing to present my requests for a better deal to the managers. I believe I was able to get a slightly better than decent deal on a JL which is not always easy. Financing was a breeze and they got me a better rate than I expected. I financed through the dealership. It has been a while since I have purchased a car but the so the electronic table top document system was pretty cool to use and rifled us through the signature process on the finance documents. The only thing that I was a bit bummed about is the fact the service department was closed. That said it was the day before New Years... Overall the purchase was a great experience... More
