Wow what a wonderful dealership. I recently bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with about 28000 miles. I called up to deal with Ralph, he was so nice on the phone, told me everything I needed to know about th Jeep Grand Cherokee with about 28000 miles. I called up to deal with Ralph, he was so nice on the phone, told me everything I needed to know about the car. When I came in a few days later, Ralph was wonderful. He went with me on the test drive, showed me how to operate every feature in the car. Also when we got back to the dealership, negotiating was very quick and painless. The finance manager, Heath, was so pleasant to deal with as well, I purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle and he explained everything that it covered. The car came out looking new, the manager, Bill smiled and shook my hand. I highly recommed this dealership, very good experience. More
Let me start by saying that I have purchased 3 vehicles from Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Warwick and didn't realize the incompetence of the people in charge of this establishment, in particular their 2 General from Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Warwick and didn't realize the incompetence of the people in charge of this establishment, in particular their 2 General Managers, until I had to bring my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in for repairs due to complete failures of the transmission on 2 separate occasions. The 1st time I brought the car in, I was told by the service tech Wally that they had completely replaced the transmission with a new one that was ordered from the factory. Within 1000 miles, the transmission failed again - I had a local mechanic check the work that the dealership had performed before having it towed back to them. Basically, they did not replace the transmission and tried to perform a "quick-fix" to get it back on the road (which is not what you want to hear when you are driving 3 small kids around in the vehicle). I confronted Mr. Bill Obie about the situation, who is one of the 2 General Managers at this establishment. His response was that I was obligated under the lease to pay the remaining payments, and I was out of luck.I explained to him that each time the transmission failed I was out on the highway with the kids, needless to say it was the middle of winter! His response, "Sorry I wish I could help you." It's a shame that Dodge did not include this dealership as one of the ones that were forced to close - so that it could not continue it's shady business practices to this day! I have filed a complaint with Dodge and have confronted my lawyer about my rights and whether or not the vehicle is protected under the new car lemon law of New York State. So, for all you future car buyers - just remember Mr. Obie and that other overweight General Manager that run that piece of crap they call a call dealership - they are willing to put you and your families safety at risk all for the sake of a profit! I purchased THREE cars for my family in April when this local dealer was slated for closure. Sure they were nice THEN, but once I signed the papers- NO customer service. When I bought the cars, I asked the local dealer was slated for closure. Sure they were nice THEN, but once I signed the papers- NO customer service. When I bought the cars, I asked they put new tires on just mine (no problem they said). After a short time of sliding & excessive wear, I found out FROM GOODYEAR that they were used tires swapped from a traded in car at this dealership! One is as old as 2003! They are also the wrong size, but despite all this- the dealer refuses to replace them & even wanted me to pay for 1/2! Did I not just spend enough $$ on 3 cars there?! The GM- Bill even talked down to me over this, even after I reminded them they had me & my kids driving on unsafe tires all this time just to save themselves a few bucks & now wont fix it??! He said "we are doing well now, especially since all the other dealers closed & we get their business, so you are LUCKY we are even offering you 2 tires!" That is the word for word quote he said- I promise you that. They feel they have no one to answer to so can treat you however they please once you buy the car & the deal is done. They care nothing for safety or customer service at all. I wasnt asking for any more than to have had safe tires on my car, & I was there for them when they needed help to not close & lose their jobs; but they do NOT CARE about anything but selling you a car. They think nothing to put substandard/unsafe equipment on your car to save themselves a dollar & could care less if an accident happens as a result. The dont even care when you confront them with proof & act cocky toward you on top of it! Keep your family safe; STAY AWAY< I am taking them to court & have reported them to the BBB. Go to a dealer that deserves your business and to stay open. I give them ZERO stars. More
I spoke to Billy T about a Renegade. He said he had it and could get the financing with Chrysler as he worked for them directly. When we got there he told us Chrysler wants us in a Grand Cherokee as the r and could get the financing with Chrysler as he worked for them directly. When we got there he told us Chrysler wants us in a Grand Cherokee as the residuals are better and the Renegade was sold. I gave a $3,500 deposit. I signed papers, (some of which were blank), and gave an additional $505 for the 1st installment and DMV fees. We soon noticed it had too small an engine for such a large vehicle. Billy T said we should bring it back. We asked for the same vehicle, but with the next bigger engine. He said, try the Dodge Durango. When I said, I don’t want to pay more money, he said, you couldn’t go down in financing. I said I wouldn’t be able to reach the gas pedal. The pedals adjusted up and down. On the way back from the test drive it broke down. He said he had anther one exactly like it with the same options and same price in another color. The financing for this vehicle per month was $475. It was a 2004--not a 2005 like we test-drove. I said to him, “Are you giving us more off on this vehicle because it’s a year old?” He said “yes.” Again I signed blank papers and other papers. I saw there was a discount of $5,500--the standard Chrysler rebate for this vehicle. At home I found this site. Someone was complaining about Billy T and being overcharged $5,000. My friend called Chrysler who told him they would never dictate what vehicle a customer must buy and financing could go any which way. I looked at the paperwork for the Durango. TheMSRP was $36,705. The invoice said the price was $39,563. My friend called the dealer and spoke to Billy T's boss, Billy O. Billy O said we should come back the following Thursday and pick out the car we want. During this time we scrutinized the dealer papers. Here is a list: 1.Warwick’s Price: $39,563. - Sticker Price: $36,705.
2.Cash Deposit & rebates as shown by Warwick: $6,005. Cash Deposit & rebates that actually should be shown: $9,505.
3.A box was checked off that indicated the Durango was, “a driver education vehicle.” Everywhere else the “New” box is checked off.
4. This vehicle didn’t have adjusting pedals.
5.We received three pieces of paper. On each and every paper the figures are different. We cannot make heads or tails out of any of it.

We went back and saw Derek. He said he has one Jeep Grand Cherokee in stock. He said it would cost $43,000. He said the monthly payment would be $699. The sticker price was $42,310. After adding in other charges you can figure it costing about $45,600. Since the finance charge on the Durango was only 3.05% I went into my Loan Payments book and got the financing for seven years. Financing for seven years comes to $551.23 per month at 5%. However, we were on what Chrysler calls their, “Gold Plan Account.” You pay for 39 months and then a balloon payment at the end. This is done to get the monthly payments lower. When I told Derek the Durango was sold above sticker price and it was a used vehicle, he went into the back room and came back with Billy O. I told him the approximate figures on the Grand Cherokee. We complained about the price of the Durango. He said, “Well you signed these forms.” He refused to acknowledge that he did anything wrong, and he didn’t give us a chance to complain about anything else. When I told him I'm contacting the attorney general he said, “I know Eliot Spitzer well.” When we left we noticed 10 Grand Cherokees in their lot. More
