After searching on auto trader I found that CJD of Warwick had two Buicks for sale. I wanted to write this review because I have bought several used cars in the past, but not encountered such friendly and helpful staff until now. The salesman I dealt with, Billy Obie, was able to give me information on both cars I was interested in and helped steer me in the right direction. I needed a nice car with low miles that was under $10k. Billy was so nice and made me feel like an important customer even though I had a minimal amount to spend. I will certainly be buying my next used car from them. More

Anyone who claims to have had a positive experience with this dealer just hasn't realized how they got scammed yet. This sad excuse for a car dealership is for starters filthy. Their progressionalism is non existent. Practically every employee there smokes and the place reaks of it. I almost gagged when i had to ues Ralph J's phone to speak with my insurance company to authorize the transfer of insurance. His phone smelt like pure cigarette smoke as if he sat on it chain smoking all day... Anyway ash tray Ralph sold us a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 4 leaking dry rotted tires each with several plugs in them and refused to replace the death trap tires until threatened with legal action. Never would call us back when they said they would. Dan D. Lied about interest rate to coax us into buying an extremely over priced warranty. Told us that the banks offer lower interest rates to customers who purchase warranties because car owners with warranties are less likely to default on payments. Provided false bank documents to support his story...Sounded believable at the time... Until I called the bank and was informed that they never do that and what he did was illegal. But of course I have no proof since the rat shreaded the fake documents so I can't sue the lying cheating dirtbags. Should have trusted my gut feeling upon entering this slime hole. Sure the car was priced lower than other competition.. That's because they do no repairs and sell dangerous and faulty vehicles. Take my advice and stear clear of this xxxx hole at all costs. I brought this to the attention of the saleperson and finance person who could not have cared less. The grass and grounds are weeds and overgrown. Inside the dealership is disgusting. They tried to use the old "this price expires at midnight" with me. They lowballed me on my trade ny almost $4000! Everyone I encountered in there was rude, classless and condescending. The dealership is dirty, disorganized and I would never purchase a vehicle from them. No pride in what they do and it shows. And if they are reading this- clean the layers and months worth of bird sh@t off your $40k plus cars. Gross. More
Great experience at CJD I bought a used 2007 Jeep Liberty last month and brought the vehicle home although it needed repairs on 2 windows and brake rotors. Jack set me up with a loner so I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting and I went to Middletown shopping. I returned 4 hours later and all the work was completed. I got a good deal and great, friendly service. Thank you gentlemen. More
The used car staff agreed with me on a price for their car and my trade, but after the paperwork was prepared the price for their car was increased by $500. I recently purchased a car from CJD of Warwick and I will never do it again!!! The customer service is terrible!!! I drove over four hours one way to come get my car and I got very poor customer service when never do it again!!! The customer service is terrible!!! In fact had it not been for my persistant husband I would have turned around and walked back out the door with no car and a eight hour wasted trip. They were not interested in me only who they could make the next sale to. I bought an extra warranty there only to find out that it is no good in PA. I have left several messages for the sales person and the finance manager to call back and no surpise there no phone calls were returned. Very disappointed in such poor customer service. I will not go there again or recommend to anyone. More
I went in to buy a new Jeep vehicle. I enjoyed the relaxed environment when I first came in. It was simple to go out for a test drive and spend time looking at and talking about the vehicle. When it came to getting prices for a vehicle and a trade in I was very disappointed. They offered the vehicle WITHOUT any of the Chrysler discounts. When I expressed the price was too high and I was ready to leave, they through in the rebates and cut the vehicle cost a mere $200. Now they bring me a price $2000 less in 30 seconds. Did they think I couldn't do simple math and figure out what try did? They also wouldn't work with the price of the trade in. They would not budge a dollar and that was when they offered $1500 less than KBB. When I followed up with a counter offere via email, I received no response. I was willing to work with them if they were willing to work with me! Now I'm going to another dealer. Such a shame. More
It is totally amateur-hour at this place. It amazes me that they're still in business. Unfortunately, I leased a Jeep from them a few months ago. However, while doing so, my salesman, Mitch, insulted me more than once. Ultimately, they were able to beat the best price I got from a competing dealership, so they got my business. But, I kinda regret it now. Begrudgingly, I went back to them recently, when I was in the market for a new Challenger. I thought if I dealt with a different salesperson, my experience would be better. Big mistake. They didn't have the car I wanted at their dealership, so they were going to do a "dealer locate" for me to get the car from another dealership. A few days after I negotiated a deal with my salesperson, Jana, she called me and said that they were unable to get the exact model I wanted in the color I wanted. I wasn't too upset though, because I was torn between two different colors anyway. So, I told her to get a car in my second choice color. A few days later, Jana called to tell me that my car had arrived. At that point, we contacted my insurance company, got the car insured, and I went to the dealership to sign the papers and get "my" new car. Turns out, however, that the car they got for me was not the car we negotiated for. They ordered me a cheaper car, and tried to pass it off to me for the same price as if I wouldn't notice. So, while we're sitting down doing the paperwork, I'm asking Jana questions: does it have this, does it have that, etc. Finally, I get to the magic question, "Does it have Uconnect?" "No, this one doesn't have Uconnect" she replies. I about hit the roof, I was so mad. So, I go to leave, and Jana comes running after me. "Wait, wait, wait. Let me see what we can do" she says. So, I entertain her for a few minutes while she talks to her manager. And, what do they come up with after all this? $100 off the price of the wrong car. Ridiculous. Needless to say, I walked. Happy ending... Today, I bought my Challenger; the one I actually wanted. I went to Rockland Chrystler, Jeep, Dodge. My salesman, Walter, was amazing. The picture of professionalism. Rockland isn't too far from Warwick, and they're lightyears better than Warwick. More
This dealer has consistently treated me well - in fact they did such great work in servicing my daughter's Jeep Wrangler that when it came time to buy a car - I bought a used Chrysler and a year later bou they did such great work in servicing my daughter's Jeep Wrangler that when it came time to buy a car - I bought a used Chrysler and a year later bought my daughter a used Chevrolet to replace the Jeep. The service was top notch, prices are fair and the entire staff (Service and Sales) are very responsive. A great place to buy or service your car! More

Billy was very friendly and even got me a great deal on a new set of tires because the tires on the car was bad. They made me feel safe by working out a great deal on the tires and the price was very satisfying for they worked with me to fit my budget. i came back a few days later to pick up the car after the check had cleared and heath called my insurance company and put the new car on my policy and told them to take off the other car that was on there. i dont think too many dealerships do that, usually they say dont forget to call your insurance company when you get home so you will be covered. they made my buying experience a very pleasant one and made things easy for me. i bought the car on the 16th of this month and i am very happy with my purchase and have nothing but good things to say about them. they even gave me a 60 days/3000 mile warranty on the car which is nice because the original warranty had already expired. i would recommend buying your car from chrysler jeep dodge of warwick. More
