The price of the vehicle was jacked up at the last minute. After I left a deposit. When I objected the manager lied and then whispered to me "get the xxxx out". When I asked for my refund, one salesman said "xxxx him! Mail it to him if he has a home. Those people live under a rock!". I would never recommend anyone do business with this shysty organization. You never know what you're going to get. More

8 Days and Counting With A Loaner.... So very upset. Bought a brand spank'n new Dodge Ram 3500 on March 5, 2016. While hand washing the truck, my husband noticed a dent on the top of the So very upset. Bought a brand spank'n new Dodge Ram 3500 on March 5, 2016. While hand washing the truck, my husband noticed a dent on the top of the cab, and a bent GPS antenna. Called the dealership, and was told that sometimes that happens when the vehicle is delivered. So, we were given an appointment to drop off the truck on March 15th, and was told it would take a day or two to have done. Here we are 8 DAYS LATER, and the truck is not even close to be fixed. No follow up from the dealership to the auto-body shop at all. I was just told that the truck would not be ready tomorrow or even Thursday, as it was just getting buffed out now, and the antenna needs to be installed still. The thing that pisses me off, is that we have UConnect on this truck. It locates the truck, and gives you a Birdseye view of exactly where the truck is located! WE WATCHED THE TRUCK SIT IN THE PARKING LOT day, after day, after day.. NOTHING being done to it!! Not happy. The service department has had this truck in their possession longer than we have, and and are now going to see if they can put a rush on it!!! BIG FAT LESSON LEARNED!!! More

I must confess that having read a couple of the reviews here I considered getting back my deposit and buying elsewhere but the quality of the vehicle I must confess that having read a couple of the reviews here I considered getting back my deposit and buying elsewhere but the quality of the vehicle and price were not matched by anyone. The sales guy George was friendly throughout the buying process but the dealership is 1.5 hours from my home so I set an expectation that it may be a painful experience. I could not be more wrong, The service was exceptional. The dealership is clean and well managed and the process to complete the transaction was FAST. I was in an out in 20 minutes (exactly as George said). I picked up my Wrangler unlimited Sahara in Anvil and smiled all the way home. Thank you CJD of Warwick and especially George!. I would absolutely recommend this dealership on price, quality and service to buy your next vehicle. More

I will only deal with George but another salesman I had talked to when George wasn't there was very nice when I told him I was only looking for a brochure. George isn't pushy and delt with me "kicking tires" until I was read to make a move on my 2nd purchase. He gave us all of our options and doesn't deal with the typical "game" that care salesmen usually give. I used to be a Chevy girl, but I will never go to another dealership again.
