I recently purchased a car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus, and while the buying process went smoothly (unsurprisingly, since they were getting my money), my experience afterward has been nothing but Paramus, and while the buying process went smoothly (unsurprisingly, since they were getting my money), my experience afterward has been nothing but frustrating. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered a nail in one of the tires. However, I had noticed the tire pressure was low almost immediately after buying the car and brought this up to the sales representative, VLADYSLAVA KOSTOVSKA (VLADA). She assured me she had personally “checked” everything in the vehicle and said it wasn’t possible for the tire to have been low on air when I purchased it. She told me to come in, but due to my busy work schedule, I couldn’t make it right away. VLADA never followed up with me to see if the issue was resolved or if I was satisfied. I visited the dealership two more times, but VLADA wasn’t there during either visit. Eventually, I scheduled a checkup for the car, and that’s when the nail in the tire was confirmed. Based on VLADA’s earlier comment, I had assumed everything was fine and attributed the loss of air to cold weather. However, the nail was clearly the issue all along. When I brought this up to the dealership again, their excuse was that, since it had been more than a month, they couldn’t do anything about it or bring it up to Jeep. This is unacceptable because Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus—not Jeep—should be liable for selling me a car with this issue. On top of that, VLADA never informed me that there was a limited timeframe to make a claim. If I had known, I would have made addressing this issue a priority. Despite all of this, the dealership has refused to cover the cost of fixing the tire. Their post-sale support has been nonexistent, and it’s clear that the only time they were truly concerned was when they were closing the sale. I highly recommend avoiding Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make it clear they are not interested in taking care of their customers once the sale is complete. More
We had a great experience with James Jackson and Jeremy Booth leasing our 2024 Dodge Durango. The transition from owning to leasing couldn't have gone better. Thank you both! Booth leasing our 2024 Dodge Durango. The transition from owning to leasing couldn't have gone better. Thank you both! More
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don't know how they're still in business, especially with Milton the sales manager who is horrendous. I had the worst buying experience ever there. I don't know how they're still in business, especially with Milton the sales manager who is horrendous. I had the worst buying experience ever there. Between the xxxxxxx sales manager and the dope of a salesman. I went to take a Jeep grand Cherokee for a test drive. The salesman told me to stop at the gas station and put $5 of gas in the tank. This was crazy and extremely unprofessional to me. After going back to purchase the truck. I was told that there was 2 people in front of me for the finance department and to come back at 7 o'clock. I went back at 6:45. They gave me the runaround and stalled. The finance lady told me that she told the salesman to call me and to go back another day because she was too backed up. The salesman Jimmy Jackson did not call me. I was at the dealership until 11 o'clock pm. As I was talking to the finance lady, they were trying to charge me a window etching charge. This was a used vehicle and that charge was already paid for. She called the sales manager, Milton. He told her " make the deal, don't make the deal. I don't give a xxxx. I'm tired and I wanna go home". Because of their incompetence, I was there until 11 PM at night and they made it seem like it was my fault that they were there that late when it was in fact their own fault. The salesman Jimmy Jackson also promised me a second key as they only had one key. This was of course, another lie. He also asked me for a ride to the bus stop. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with their customers. Buying a car should be somewhat fun, with this dealership It was nothing but aggravating. I would stay very far away from this dealership. There's plenty of other dealerships that will treat you fairly. This is definitely not one of them. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. I'm writing this review to inform people so they do not have the same terrible experience that I had. Customer care is useless. Any complaint falls on deaf ears. This place is a xxxx hole. I would run very fast and far. More

This is regarding the service department. I have a case with Consumer Protection open right now and fully intend to file in small claims if they can't get me my money back. Took our RAM 1500 I have a case with Consumer Protection open right now and fully intend to file in small claims if they can't get me my money back. Took our RAM 1500 for just an oil change and tire rotation. Bryan Hernandez texts us the next day we need a new axle. We agreed for them to replace the axle, do a tire rotation and oil change. We get another text claiming they cannot get the axle off the differential and will need to replace the differential as well. They sent us a $6200 estimate. We told them to NOT do the work and we would be there to tow the vehicle to another mechanic who can give us a second opinion. I arrived June 10 to pick the truck up. I was given an invoice that had an un-authorized repair (wheel alignment). Never did we ask for a wheel alignment. However, I needed to get the truck towed as Triple A was on their way. I paid the bill and the truck was towed to another mechanic who did the work for $600, replacing our axle without having to replace the differential. It then became apparent that the wheel alignment should never had been done (according to the honest mechanic it wasn't actually done and wouldn't be possible with the axle stuck to the differential, the truck was not even drivable). Also, the tire rotation was not done as the tire with the patch was in the same place as when we dropped off the truck. We called Steve Bradt who proceeded to argue with us for about 20 minutes refusing to give us our $299 back for the un-authorized wheel alignment and tire rotation which was never done. Steve refused to reimburse us, and had the nerve to suggest we take the truck back again (wasting our time) so he can confirm what was and wasn't done. Within the next few days I filed with consumer protection and my bank. Steve Bradt sent a response to the bank with a bunch of paperwork and a letter. Out of all the crap he sent to Chase, not one thing showed we requested and agreed to a wheel alignment. He also deviated in the letter writing about nuts and bolts that didn't fit and his multi-point inspection, but that was just to distract. Chase accepted a form that DID NOT have my initials, but the claims dept assumed they were my initials. Consumer protection did the same, until I insisted the paperwork Steve Bradt gave them did not have my signature, initials or any documented verbal or written agreement for a wheel alignment. I will state here right now, as consumer protection is attempting to get my money back, if they are not successful, I will be filing in court. Steve Bradt will look like a real moron bringing that paperwork to court. They already settled a lawsuit in 2022 with a gentleman who's car they really messed up. I've been to court before and know how to plead my case. This will not go away and any person reading this from Jeep Chrysler of Paramus should prepare now for court, or give me my money back. You will not get away with ripping me off. More

We intend to purchase a Ram 1500. We stopped in today, to get pricing. When you enter, there is a sign in list and a pleasant receptionist, who said someone would be with us shortly We stopped in today, to get pricing. When you enter, there is a sign in list and a pleasant receptionist, who said someone would be with us shortly. The store only had one customer- a young couple, who were talking to a salesman. There were 3 other salesmen sitting at their desks, doing nothing. I read the reviews, and told my wife we would wait a maximum of 1/2 hour. We looked at the Ram on the showroom floor, sat in it, discussed it, and walked around the showroom. 1/2 hour and no salesman, so we left. Perhaps they did not like the 14 year old F150, in excellent condition, that we drove in with, and parked near the showroom door. More
