My shopping experience for a new vehicle was not good the 2 times my husband and I gave them a try. We ended up buying 3 new vehicles in the last 4 years and went to other jeep dealerships for all 3 purchase 2 times my husband and I gave them a try. We ended up buying 3 new vehicles in the last 4 years and went to other jeep dealerships for all 3 purchases because this dealership was awful to work with. The service center service writers that I have dealt with this far have been great. I did call several times to get a recall 68c appointment and was told both times that someone woke call me back that you were only taping 2 recall vehicle appointments a week and that there were 25 people to call. When I brought my jeep in for an oil change I was then told that you all were not inspecting at all for the 68c recall because your testing the equipment was damaging the batteries. Had someone called me back like hey said they would after calling twice to get the recall scheduled then I could have went to another dealership to get it inspected. More

Scheduled an appointment for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Michael Stewart and he suggested, if at all possible, to be there when the Service Dept opened at 7:00a. Great call, in and out the door in 2 h with Michael Stewart and he suggested, if at all possible, to be there when the Service Dept opened at 7:00a. Great call, in and out the door in 2 hours for a malfunctioning "Start/Stop" system. Turned out to be a failed auxiliary battery located under the passenger's side seat. Great service and knowledge of my vehicle from Michael and the Team at CDJR of Woodstock! Thank you! More
