I don’t like the weird overly personable thing where they try to make me a best friend or at least and ol fishin buddy in five minutes and then sell me something super expensive 5 minites later not because it’s worth having but because by now we are ol time friends! My experience at Dodge was the opposite. Jessie Perez was there to sell me a car. The car I wanted. (Not just some car he wanted to sell). I expect him to want to sell the vehicle and tell me what there is to like about it. But he didn’t push it. He never pushed anything he just helped me find a vehicle. It was great. I have always wondered if buying a vehicle could be just like buying anything else; done on my terms and without the psych 101 BS. Well now I know. It can be done! When it came time to talk final price and financing the process was very straight forward (I did my haggling over the phone and over a turkey sandwich, I highly recommend it!) Then after a glass of juice me and my wife came in and finished off the paperwork with Alexi in the finance office. Alexi did his job and offered me the many options available and got us an astounding interest rate and payment option. He didn’t try to sell me a time share or push any kind of hokey extended lug nut service plan and blinker fluid flushes. While he worked on the loan my wife watched 15 minutes of HGTV and I took a short nap. It was simple. It was easy. I signed on the dotted line and we drove off. Happy. I would go back.
