Have a 2018 Ram from this dealership. Has only been serviced there and have had mixed results. The last service was great. The service adviser said the cabin air filter was due for replacement and woul serviced there and have had mixed results. The last service was great. We have purchased two cars from this dealership and have recommended to several other people. However, I would not recommend the service department. We dropped off our vehicle off on the 8th for an engine i recommended to several other people. However, I would not recommend the service department. We dropped off our vehicle off on the 8th for an engine issue. The person who was working the ticket on our vehicle left the dealership and we have had little to no updates on the vehicle. We have called several times but have received text saying they have techs out sick and will get back to us. I called this morning to speak to a manager and of course have not heard back. The warranty for life is only valid if you take your car to their service department but with incidents such as this, I will not be taking our vehicle back or purchasing from this dealership again. In current times, it is hard to find help, but a car should not be in a service department for a week with little communication. If we have known of the issues, we would have taken the vehicle to another Jeep dealership. A week without a car or not even being offered a rental is ridiculous. Very disappointed that there has been such a decline in Jim Browne. More
