Once we realized they did not have what I wanted on the lot they searched every dealer for 200 miles until they found a match Felix Walters did the search and found just what I wanted The truck I wanted was in Orlando so Felix gave me a brand new RAM to drive for the day until they got my truck in Shane Cash searched for the best interest rate and worked with Felix & Emillio to get the price right for my trade & monthly payments All in all a very pleasant & rewarding truck shopping experience Thank you ! I went in for oil change and inspection which they do on each oil change.I drove passed two dodge dealerships to go to one one my uncle worked at. After an hour they said you need brakes on the front. I sai each oil change.I drove passed two dodge dealerships to go to one one my uncle worked at. After an hour they said you need brakes on the front. I said ok its the first time they needed replaced, and i'm surprised they lasted that long.I'm thinking good pads So they put pads on, I will pay the $200.00 for front pads, installed. I have had the truck from new, about two years. And every oil change I ask DO I NEED PADS. Because with 80,000 miles on it im shocked I don't. It was always NO NOT YET. So after three hours, my truck is done. I go to leave and the front starts making a loud noise. I turn around and go back. They said my mechanic was in a hurry and he did not road test it. And now he is going to turn the rotors a second time. Then the mechanic says rotors on both sides are no good and you will have to buy new ones. He says they got HOT. Now far as I know, yes they get hot, sure. Not sure how that's my fault. But Jennifer of the service department said she would pay for half. But I would have to pay for one. I don't think I should have to pay for one, because every time I go there I ask do I need brakes. That is like saying your brakes were hot and you got them wet and they warped when the water hit them. Four hours later I got pads and a oil change, and warped rotors. THANKS GUYS More
Came in looking for a new 4X4 Dodge truck to replace a 4X2 Dodge Bighorn. Expected to trade 2 vehicles ( Dodge 1500 &Jeep Wrangler). Found an acceptable prospective buy very quickly from good inventory (Dodge 1500 Laramie), but believed price was about $4k more than wanted to spend. Negotiations were minimal, but in final analysis, the deal was acceptable. Salesperson was straightforward, business-like and he knew the features very well. Ivan Ruiz seemed to know what we expected in this purchase and the future expectations we had from the dealership. The best features in the purchase was the 7 year, bumper to bumper warranty and the lifetime powertrain. We are repeat customers at this dealership and hope to maintain continued relationship with them in the future. More
Art greeted us as soon as we got there asked us exactly what we wanted and wanted to pay. I told him what we wanted to pay and he showed us only the vehicles that we could afford, didn't try to push anythi what we wanted and wanted to pay. I told him what we wanted to pay and he showed us only the vehicles that we could afford, didn't try to push anything else on us. Then when we found what we wanted the manager was point blank to what the lowest price he could gov US. Then he gave us a fair price on our trade in. Then they got the financing done fast and cleaned it up and had us out fast. Will definitely refer to friends. I think Art Parry should get a noun he he was the best salesman we experienced. More
The dealership and its staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a car dealership atmosphere. My sales representative Justin ensure my satisfaction and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a car dealership atmosphere. My sales representative Justin Flack was kind and courteous and went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my purchase and experience. The sales manager Felix, is a man of intergity and honor. This dealership showed compasion and the willingness to be humans and treat others as such, and not treat me like I was just another deal. I would defenitly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you guys. More

I moved here from Colorado in 2010. I had purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty in Colorado and decided to start having my Jeep serviced at this dealership. First I bought an Oil Change package which included 4 2005 Jeep Liberty in Colorado and decided to start having my Jeep serviced at this dealership. First I bought an Oil Change package which included 4 changes. First oil change went fine until on week later my A/C went out and need a new compressor. Thank goodness for the warranty, buth they still charged me $100 for diagnostics. Was kind of leary that all of a sudden my AC goes out after an oil change. Since gas prices were going up and my Liberty was a gas eater I traded it in to this dealership for a 2009 Jeep Patriot in January 2012 with 28000 miles on it. After all is done, I notice that an oil change had to be done in 1000 miles, they couldnt even do that before I drove off the lot with it. Now, I have to take it in to them in February 2012 for an oil change, 1 month after I buy the car from them. Yep they put on new front and back wiper blades without asking me. OK...now Im getting suspicious! May 4 comes along, time for another oil change. Bring it in, go to pick it up at the time I requested, nothing was done. It sat in there lot the entire day. Big apologies, yeah right. So, I bring it back the on Monday May 7 to have it done. Stop for gas on the way in to the dealership, drop it off. Pick it up later in the day, and they say $15 fee. For what I asked....wiper blades. I just about had a fit, just had new blades in February, then the story changes $15 for tire rotation. As I am driving home, now I notice I have only 1/2 tank of gas. I filled it up that morning........very suspicious!!!! 2 weeks later May 28 (33000 miles on car) , ABS light stays on, bring it in, now I need a new ABS modular and master cyclinder, not covered by warranty $1400, part not in stock. They have to order it, bring it on Monday. With no master cyclinder they allow me to drive the car home. Bring it in next day, repair done. June 6 go to dealership to talk to service manager Jennifer about my issues. Started telling her either I bought a lemon, its coincidence, or unethical practices are going on in the service dept. When I started telling her about the missing 1/2 tank of gas, she told me to leave. June 12, no cold air coming out of the A/C unit. Now what do I do, did theyagain screw with my Patriot. Took it to a small auto service shop, loose wire. Connected it...boom instant COLD air. They said it looked suspicious. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN, EITHER I GOT A LEMON, ITs COINCIDENCE OR THEY ARE JUST SCREWING UP MY CAR. Ive been on the internet looking at Jeep Dealership reviews in the Tampa area, this one has the poorest rating, so does Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Tampa, and Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeestep of Brandon. Seem Jerry Ulm Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Tampa got a good rating. Anyone have a good car service shop to recommend??? More
