We are paraphrasing: We had the misfortune of having a poorly trained and cliche driven sales person help up with our pre-owned car buying experience. We are paraphrasing: "you need to decide now"; "there's another person coming to look at the vehicle if you don't buy it now"; "there's no time for your wife to come after work, so let's drive to her work place now"; "there's no time for you to think about this $40k+ purchase, so let's take the paperwork to your wife's work place now", etc. Needless to say, we really liked the vehicle, otherwise we would have NEVER purchased from Jim Browne Chrysler. When I stated I wanted to arrange my own financing, my salesman kept harassing me to go through Jim Browne. There was little to no communication at the dealership, between managers, finance, and sales. On a personal level, our salesman is a nice guy, but we felt awful through the entire process. Even now, we never received any of the paper work from the dealer (like the temp. registration, the lifetime mechanical warranty, etc.). We are not sure where our copies ended up and there was no response from our salesman when asked for copies. Additionally, we felt totally USED on our trade. We received $2,000 on trade for a low-mile, great shape sedan and now see the vehicle listed for just under $7,000. Plain awful... More

I chose to go the lease route and lease a new Chrysler 300 but it was nice to have options without feeling railroaded to choose the most expensive route. Same with Billy, the finance guy, totally straight shooter. I was in and out because everyone took the time to get the facts straight BEFORE I got into finance. Again, awesome service, great team and would totally use them again. More

Both sales were with Alejandro Delgado, a salesman at it's best in discipline and professionalism. It takes a lot to purchase 2 new vehicles in a 3 month span, I really felt very comfortable going back to JIM BROWNE CHRYSLER and not hesitating to speak with Alejandro. Ease of transaction I have always purchased my cars from CarMax; simply because the last time I dealt with a large dealership I felt as though I spent have my life there I have always purchased my cars from CarMax; simply because the last time I dealt with a large dealership I felt as though I spent have my life there going back and forth with salesman, finance managers and such. With CarMax I was always in and out, selecting car online, knowing the price and life was grand. Well, yesterday I met and worked with a great salesman at Jim Browne by the name of Larry Sanders. Larry took my application on line; understood exactly what I was looking for, found the car that worked with the terms he knew I would be comfortable with and when I went to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. The experience I had with Larry has changed my perspective on the BIG (or at least this one) dealerships, as I was presently surprised that he got it right the first time, without the back and forth haggling I was accustomed to in the past. I would be remise if I did not mention Kila, he reviewed all the terms of the loan in detail to be sure I understood them and was also a pleasure to work with. Larry was bar none one of the best customer service reps available as i have been in sales for years. I had zero issues regarding his sales presence. This individual would most definently be on my payroll. With his drive, motivation and follow up i suggest you keep him at all costs before he is lured to a greener pasture. Customer happiness achieved which as a retail location is the #1 priority. There could be some streamlining/efficiency regarding website/sales tactics but nobody's perfect. All we can do is learn and adjust to our surroundings accordingly. Might I suggest taking specific notes catering as Toyota does referring to their service/sales process? Those in the know will understand what I'm referring. Thank you and it was a pleasure. More
