My experience could have been bad but I purchased a 2010 Toyota tundra and after paying cash for the vehicle the next day I realize that there was some rust issues. I called to inquire wh I purchased a 2010 Toyota tundra and after paying cash for the vehicle the next day I realize that there was some rust issues. I called to inquire what could be done about a issue that I consider quite serious. After getting on initial response that there was nothing that they can do, I spoke with Felix and he assured me that the issue could be taken care of. Unfortunately the rust issue was my oversight but after Felix took me through the parking lot and show me that the Toyotas tend to have an issue with rust due to a manufacture defect, he then took my vehicle and had a detailed and the rust removed as much as possible. The car came back in great condition and as best as he could and I was very grateful for it. Tracy was also very pleasant to work with, she was my sales associate and was very attentive whenever I came in to the office. The vehicle that I purchased had no mechanical issues whatsoever and is a great truck the rust in the interior of the vehicle is only cosmetic and the staff at Jim Browne did a great job in making me feel that I was a valued customer and I would recommend them to anyone.
