I bought a used 2010 Dodge Journey at Jim Browne Chrysler After looking all over Tampa for a used Dodge Caravan for the past two weekends, I found the perfect car, or more correctly, it found me, Friday at Ji After looking all over Tampa for a used Dodge Caravan for the past two weekends, I found the perfect car, or more correctly, it found me, Friday at Jim Browne Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram of Tampa Bay. My Sales Consultant, John Benevento, suggested this car instead of a Dodge Caravan and it is a perfect choice. It's a little smaller than the Caravan, and that's okay. It is clean, runs smoothly, has lots of cargo room, and is beautiful. My Sales Consultant was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. He helped me with the credit application, and I was amazed when he called me to tell me it was accepted. Saturday morning when I went to pick up the car, he sent me to the Finance Office in the front of the building where Kila Ellis, the Finance Manager, is located. I liked that the Finance Office was in the front of the building, at side of the showroom, and not buried back in the back recesses of the building. Once again, Kila Ellis was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and made the final paperwork very easy. It was perhaps the smoothest car purchase I have ever made or been with my spouse when we purchased a car. I don't mean smooth/slick; I mean smooth-non-stressful. Both the Sales Consultant and the Finance Manager were very kind to me, and I would recommend Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Tampa Bay very highly to anyone looking for a new or used car.
