The service department stinks. I do not recommend the service department at all. It took 5 and a half hours to complete a one hour computer update for the radio on a 2014 Equinox. I was assured when I made the appointment that it would take an hour (maybe an hour and a half) at most. There was nothing else added to the appointment that would have caused delays. After 5 hours, I asked my service agent how mush longer the process would take. When he managed to break away from chewing his fingernails, he informed me that he was just waiting on the paperwork. Upon check out, instead of being apologetic, he hid elsewhere. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A DAY TO WASTE. More

I hope that the owner of this dealership knows that he has a great employee representing his dealership! Now, on the rating of service. We left our Jeep Cherokee for 3 weeks. The service engine light was on. They replaced the actuator. We brought our Crossfire over for service to drop off and pick up the Jeep. When the Jeep was delivered to us, the traction light was on and one headlight was out! And our Crossfire was not running well, so we had to make a choice on which car to drive around all day on our errands, because this dealership does not do "loaner" cars. Well, we are proud owners of a Mercedes CLK450, BMW X3 and Lexus 300 and they ALL provide a loaner for the day. So, this was disappointing. But because our service guy Mr. Kitzmiller was so nice, we will return to Jim Browne. More

For the first time, however, we wanted to PURCHASE our own vehicle, to make memories with and keep forever. Jeep is a ride I've always wanted, so we naturally went to the nearest dealer after checking out the Maserati and Land Rovers. We fell in love! The dealership isn't as fancy looking, but the respect they showed surpassed all, especially from Martin, our dealer. He is just so nice! The rest of the gang was grand too, from helping with the numbers games to final signings, etc. Martin, especially, comes to mind. He actually cared then and still does. Carlos was awesome, I could tell that he didn't just want to sell me any car, he wanted to sell me the car I wanted and would be happy with. And let me also say Carlos was very patient, because I'm not easy to please, and they closed at 8pm , the management team and Carlos stayed there until 9:30pm to find me the car I wanted, which turned out to be on their Dade City lot. They had the car in Tampa the next morning, and I picked it up when I got off work the next night. Very positive experience all around. And Dean in the finance department was amazing as well. He got me a lower interest rate then what was quoted to me at first. I would definitely buy another car from these guys. More
