Horrible Night Manager on 12/8/2015 I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. on 12/8/2015 I had an appointment with Traci Olsen to look I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. on 12/8/2015 I had an appointment with Traci Olsen to look at a new Dodge Challenger. Traci was helpful throughout our entire conversations. I drove the challenge and loved everything about it. When we got back Traci provided me with the numbers her manager would offer me. Originally everything was a bit higher than I was comfortable that paying so I made my expectations clear. Traci then proceeded to her manager and I heard a bit of banter back and forth and Traci say "Would you like to talk to him?" and then a firm "NO! I don't want to talk to him" from the manager on site. That was issue one-- Then Traci comes back and says where they are and what I need to make this deal happen. So I proceed to once again state my expectations-- Traci then goes back out to the manager and then I hear "That's final, you know what, just get him out of here!" I was then returned the keys to my trade and I proceeded to leave. I am unsure who the manager was on site on 12/8/2015 at 7pm however I can assure you it is because of this individual that I would never buy a car from this place. To hear a manager say "Get him out of here" is entirely unprofessional and makes not want to give this company a single dollar of my money. If you want to be disrespected by a manager and essentially shoved out of the door because you will not succumb to the price they want to pay, then please visit this dealership. FYI- this is the first review I have ever written in my life, but I am not unable to get over what happened until I shed some light on the type of management they have in place. More

I worked with a guy named Jason in service. He was extremely polite and helpful. I really like the fact that he explained the work needed on my jeep so I could really understand. I felt very confident leaving my car with him. I am truly amazed with how this dealership feels like what a business "used" to be like. Stay Away Horrible dealer stay away!! I have bought vehicles from them and have my Dodge Vipers and Prowlers serviced by them, I get them back every-time with m Horrible dealer stay away!! I have bought vehicles from them and have my Dodge Vipers and Prowlers serviced by them, I get them back every-time with more problems or existing problems not fixed. They actually gave me a Prowler back with a nail stuck in between my battery terminals, after I told them previously to put new terminals and a new battery in the car, but again they argued with me saying my battery and terminals were fine, just needed adjusted, and their adjustment was sticking a nail in one of the terminals. I Didn't find this out till I broke down ten miles away. Second time I had another Prowler with a check engine light on, I said fix whatever is making that light come on, $1500 later I came in to pick it up after I was told it was ready, a service rep drove it up to me, I got in and what to my surprise the check engine light was still on, had to wait another week and $300 dollars more. Simply the service reps will talk down to you and not listen to a word you have to say, specially the service rep Justin. Again stay away! More

They respected us, did not insult us, and gave us an excellent deal. Billy in finance was amazing as well, got us in and out in 20 minutes. Amazing I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. Everyone knows how stressful it can be to purchase a car. There are a lot of dealerships who have sales people who come off as pushy and can be conniving. That was definitely not the case at Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the moment my daughter and I stepped foot on the car lot, the employees were very welcoming. I dealt directly with George Thomas who greeted us upon arrival. He put my mind at ease by being very upfront and honest about everything. He answered any questions my daughter and I had and was not pushy at all. He showed us many different options from their nice selection of used cars. There were so many choices. Although the situation was a difficult one, he made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. It was not the typical "all day" wait at the lot. This was the fastest it's ever taken for me to purchase a car and I've purchased several in my lifetime. He even let us watch a few hilarious videos on the web while we waited for everything to be completed. I am happy to say that I was able to drive off the lot in a beautiful 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid car thanks to George and also Billy Greer in the financing department for going above and beyond to make sure I was able get into the vehicle of my choice. I highly recommend if you're looking for a New or Used car to give this dealership a try and ask for George Thomas! I searched high and low for one of these to order/purchase at MSRP. Most dealers in my area wanted to overcharge for it. Once I contacted Jim Browne Dodge on-line, I was assigned a salesperson (Gene Sealy) by the Internet Manager, Hector Colon. Working with Gene and Hector couldn't have been easier and it was immediately obvious that this dealership cared about its customers' interests more than making a quick buck. The ordering process was smooth and perfectly accurate. I was given updates along the way of my car's production and felt very comfortable in how this transaction was being handled. Even when my bank, fumbled and took an extended length of time to process the loan, Bill in the Finance Dept. saved the day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jim Browne Dodge. More
