The Ram was not detailed even with the 24 hour notice I would be taking ownership ,and after sale was completed I was given only 5 gallons of gas. I crossed Florida and payed nearly 50K for the truck. I had my own financing but waited an additional 1 1/2 hour for them to try to match the rate. Once that could not be done I was on my way. I have since had the car professionally detailed. The girl in finance was nice and professional. This is the only reason I am giving 2stars. I have purchased several rims from several dealerships, would not recommend this one I have purchased several rims from several dealerships, I would not recommend this one. More
WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! If I could leave 0 stars or negative stars I would. I've taken it there 3 times and all three times I receive car back with problems. 2 years ago took Chrysler Pacifica in because display screen was blank. Service manager called later and said we would need a microchip behind screen and would order it. Checked YouTube and it said press 2 buttons to reboot. when picked up they said it would not start and needed new battery. 2 years later, same battery and screen still working. Tried the senior scam on me but I beat them. Absolute service CROOKS!!!! More

Highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Read pricing disclosures as dealership adds $2995 to the advertised price plus an additional dealer fee, so whatever the price is add $4000. The $2995 "Perpetual Coverage" contradicts the fact that it is for 1 year. These additional products for 1 year have a fractional cost to the dealer which is a financial disservice to the customer, and have very low claims % to the customer's benefit. This business model is great for the dealer, but it would be prudent to research and evaluate the cost and benefits of doing business here. Once you do, you will realize there are many other options where the benefits of doing business are mutual, as opposed to being so heavily weighted to the dealer. The management staff was dishonest having changed the price(by mistake wink wink) which was noticed after the fact and refunded. This was an unethical, sneaky way to cheat me out of a few hundred dollars. You will be doing yourself a favor by considering one of the many other options for your next vehicle. More

We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Wran DO NOT buy here!! They don't care about you, your safety, or a child's safety, just making a quick buck..... We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Wrangler on May 6th. We noticed a check engine light during the test drive and they took it back to read the code and it says Map Sensor, so they say they will take care of it. We sign the papers and leave with the car. Not 2 days later, it starts making this horrendous noise in the back brakes, we take a look at it and the rotor on the bake passenger side is completely chewed up and not to mention, we smell coolant at this point as well. So we call the dealership immediately and they say they "might" be able to fix it and we will hear back...never did, so we waited for the day of appointment scheduled for the following Saturday. We were pretty pissed considering we JUST bought this car and they claimed it was CERTIFIED PRE OWNED, meaning it should be fully inspected and in pretty great condition. We get an appointment for 9:30 (May 13th) with the service department and we ask about the brakes, rotor, and coolant smell, the Service Manager said he heard about this issue and they were going to take care of everything for us. We leave the Jeep there and do things around the area to kill time. Around 2:30 pm, We tried to call a couple times, no answer.. Text them... no reply. So we decide to just go there and see what's going on and get an estimated time... We go in and they say for One: they ordered the wrong part so they cant even fix the original reason for the appointment and Two: the Sales Manager Jose Rodriguez, had the nerve to deny them fixing the other issues! We were fuming at this point, we waited 5 HOURS for NOTHING... they never once called or texted telling us they couldnt do the repair... they never once told us it had to go under review before telling us they were going to fix everything... I've attached a picture of the brake pad(or lack there of) from the right side, so you can see what an absolute DISGRACE that is!! You let us drive off that lot with our 5 year old CHILD in that thing!!! Knowing how bad it was and not once letting us know what needed to be fixed on it before signing anything!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for putting vehicles out on that lot in such EXTREME unsafe conditions, claiming them to be "Certified PreOwned"!! These vehicles should be held to a higher standard than just any old "used vehicle"... do better!! More
Don't buy here! I purchased a CPO (certified pre-owned) Chrylser that is supposed to be checked under a Chrysler Manufacturer 125-point inspection. Trusting that the dealer did in fact do the inspection, I purchased the vehicle in the evening due to the Manager stating that he really needed the deal that night to hit a goal. I have been back 5 times to resolve the matters with no resolution. The GM Jrod has ignored my messages and I have received no call back. The Service Advisor Mike has tried his best to help me, but his hands have been tied. The drivers inner door panel has been glued back together and the handle sticks when opening. The panel has major wind noise and should have been handled during inspections. Also, after multiple visits for rear vibration, I finally took it to a tire shop to have handled. Both rear wheels are severely bent. This vehicle should have never been certified! Don't let the sales managers pull the wool over your head. Stay Away! More

First off Danny in sales was a great salesman. We needed the car ASAP and he was very professional and went above and beyond with the sale and helping me and my family out. (Unless he knew about this next part) Now 3 days ago I just bought a FCA Certified Preowned Journey from them, certified by them. This is my third CPO and they have been amazing experiences up until now. Let me tell you what you get when you buy CPO from CDJR Tampa. I did notice some moisture in the drivers carpet but I thought it from being cleaned. After driving the car for the first extended period of time I had a horrible headache. Upon further inspection there was mold under all the seats and I ended up pulling up all the carpet on the driver side. There was about 1/4” of water and the carpet pad was saturated. I am now in my third day of trying to dry/clean the car. They did nothing to “certify” this car besides sign off on it. They did not change the oil. When they change oil or replace parts it is Mopar parts that go on. It has a “Mavis Tire” oil filter on it. The cabin filter looks like it hasn’t been changed for 50k miles and the engine filter is dirty. Who ever signed off on the 125 point inspection should be re-evaluated. Do your job. More

His communication skills were excellent. and he made us feel comfortable during the whole process. He was very attentive and once the deal was established he made sure the procedure was without stress and made the experience very pleasant. The Financial officer was also very courteous and professional and made this process go easy and stressless. He was very knowledgeable and a take charge kind of person. We totally appreciate the service we received with this transaction and will be referring other to this dealership. More
