Great experience I saw the truck I wanted. It was on there website but it said in transit. So I called spoke with Don Widner he said he will check on the statist and c I saw the truck I wanted. Dishonest and fail to do right by the customer Let me start by say my last 4 vehicles have been Chrysler products, but with my recent experience I will no longer purchase Chrysler products. My Durango has less then 36k and should still be under warranty. I went I. To have a tpms sensor check because it stopped working. I was initially told it would be under warranty. I then receive a call advising me that it would not be covered because I have aftermarket wheels. So the part is not covered because of something else (dishonest). Because I know it needs to be done I reluctantly pay. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I find that they have damaged my wheel. They Scratched and dented my wheel. I showed this to my advisor (Sean) who goes and gets what I guess was the manager (Justin). This is where things really went wrong. When I pointed it out to him, he responded by saying, “we didn’t do that”. This literally infuriated me as he not only accused me of damaging me wheel he was flat out calling me a liar. I take care of my belongings and to be told that I was dishonest and careless struck a nerve. I am at a point where I am ready to trade in my Durango and wife’s compass and go elsewhere. We have this warranty forever but it is useless if I can’t trust the people that I have to take my vehicles to, but am forced to. The only way out is to go to another brand, perhaps ford or Chevy. I think my business with Jim Browne autogroup is done. Ed M More

I called about a Dodge Ram trademan 1500 I saw I saw online that there’s was nice rebates on there dodge tradesman 1500 so inquire on line and some salesman call and said yes we have some good reba I saw online that there’s was nice rebates on there dodge tradesman 1500 so inquire on line and some salesman call and said yes we have some good rebates so I told him I wanted to trade my 2018 carvan He said fine told my information down about a half hour later he send a purchase agreement I read it And I call him back and said to him that there’s something wrong with the numbers because he said We are giving you 15000 toward the trade in for the tradesman but went he send me the agreement It he was giving me the 15000 then taken it back I have a copy of it so I call and told him hey that’s not how it Work anyway another manger call me the next day a say that the numbers are so I told this agreement to my Bookkeeper and when he read it he told me the that these figures are wrong to. There put your trade on the agreement they take it out with what left on you old loan so it look like you are getting something for it but You are not it call switch and bate I am thinking on send the paper work to bbb and see what they say so before you sign the purchase agreement look at it carefully because what they do is they show you how much They are giving for your trade then they put what you old on the old loan first without deductions your trade So it looks like you are getting it but it was never deducted and they say we give it to you and this is what owe to your old loan I sending the two sales agreements to the bbb and FTC on Monday with showing them What was found and they will tell me and my 📖 bookkeeper will write the figures showing what wrong With theses purchase agreements.
