They no longer schedule appointments for oil changes. You just have to show up and hope it won't take all day. I was told it would be done in 1 hour. The day after my last service I noticed one of my lug nuts was about to fall off because the tech didn't tighten it. I texted my service rep...no reply. Needless to say I won't be going back. Too many other options in the Tampa area. More
The worst company to EVER do business with. Took over 4 weeks for work to be done with my truck. Said they started working with my warranty company right away took two weeks for them to ask for ANY of my weeks for work to be done with my truck. Said they started working with my warranty company right away took two weeks for them to ask for ANY of my maintenance paperwork, hmmm fishy. I finally get my truck back and I notice two lug nits are missing! Tries to say that two were missing when the truck came in. Wouldn't they have said something to begin with? Wouldn't they say hey by the way your missing two lugs. That's not safe! Then tries to say that someone must have taken them off elsewhere? My house has a gate with a lock, and I work in a good area. No one would have taken them and if they did they would have taken more than two. Never in all the dealership and shops I have worked with have I ever experienced such a horrible time. If you're going to promise to communicate with your customer, make sure that promise is held. After driving my truck around. I realized they also didn't even do the work properly that I originally took my truck in for. Still hums. And still lunges and makes a bang when it shifts gears when coming to a stop. More

Horrible service. Service so bad it makes me regret purchasing a brand new truck there in 2018. Truck had issues starting, I scheduled an appointment for Friday 9:30am and dropped it off. Called Friday evening to follow up and was told they haven't even looked at it yet, but it may be a bad battery. No big deal right? So I called Saturday morning to find out what is going on, the person in charge of my truck repair said she did know what was going on, she would talk to the technician and call me back in 5 minutes. Well over a hour later, still no phone call, so I call back again, and now she said they don't know what is wrong and someone will look at it on Monday. So I get mad and speak to a supervisor, who basically agrees with my issues, but nothing they can do about it, I just need to deal with it. I get that the pandemic can cause issues with such, but there is NO excuse for not responding in a timely manner and following up on phone calls and keeping the customer informed. More
