I filled out a request on line for a price on the Chrysler 300 and selected 4 dealers. I received a phone call from all 4. He is the reason I decided to go to Princeton even though it was not the closest dealer. When I arrived, he introduced me to Rob Morton. Rob was the exact opposite of all the bad things a car salesman is supposed to be. He was professional and gave me all the information I needed about the car and the dealership. He was patient during the test drive. He knew I was going to shop around but did not try to push me. (I don't repsond well to pushy and would probably not have returned if he had pushed.) Instead he treated me with me respect. He and Nick gave me a good price. I did continue shopping. I checked other dealers and even other cars. The next day I made my decision and called Rob. With very short notice, he had my car ready for pick up. Even after the sale Rob called to thank me for my business and to let me know I can call him with any questions or problems. Let's face it, the car would be the same car wherever I bought it, but what sets a dealer apart is the way they treat a customer. I feel I bought the car I love from a dealer who treated me right and will continue to treat me the way a customer should be treated. More

Rob brought it back to have them polish it out. they brought it back up front like it was fine, and it wasn't. then it was too late and was told i should bring my new car back on Saturday. brought it back and again they were unable to do take care of it. told to make an appointment. finally got an appointment made and explained other issues i saw with my NEW car. I did not receive follow up calls and had to call once a day to see when i would get back. 11 days later, i was finally told my new car that i had purchased was ready to be picked up. When i showed up, it still was not fixed 100%. they would not allow me to keep the loaner since I had had it for 11 days and refused to fix and said they were done with me. When i got upset about it they called the police on me. More

After Nick, the internet sales manager, gave me an incredible quote, it also became the top choice on my 15+ TC list in the 100 mile radius. The 2nd day we found the dealership is a very tidy and neat place. The vehicles were perfectly parked and lined up outside. The showroom is very pleasant and welcoming. It seems most, if not all vehicles are represented here, clean and shining, wanting to be sit on. The restroom is also very clean and nice. I've been to 6 other dealers recently; none is nearly as neat and pleasant. In fact, this is the nicest dealership I have ever been. We were greeted by friendly Nick and he introduced us to Buzz, who drove out the TC to show us but found out we have done our homework and knew the vehicle. The test drive was fantastic. The road (206) the dealer at is in bad shape and is perfect to test the vehicles’ ability. We were thrilled to feel the quietness and smoothness of the TC and how beautiful the interior is. It is better than we tested a month ago. It’s closing time but they were very patient. There was a little problem with the pricing but it was solved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction. We left the dealer very satisfied knowing we bought our dream car with a great price. A few days late we picked up the van. They did not push for extended services and other things like that. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Highly recommended. More

I dealt exclusively with Nick and he is a very down-to-earth straight shooter which I appreciat very good experience with one and it was Baker Dodge. To get one that's honest with you, good or bad is difficult to find in any industry, but especially car sales. Nick worked with me to get exactly what I wanted in my car. I think I could've gotten a better price but that's more my fault than Baker's, they are a business afterall and money is the name of the game so can't really fault them on that. Still cheaper than another local Mercer county dodge dealer who I won't name. More

Ask for Anthony.......I just got into the new 2011 Grand Cherokee and am blown away by the new model. I would highly recommend giving this a test drive, and had a great experience with Baker's sales reps. They found exactly the package I was looking for, even though it wasn't on their lot at the time. I visited a couple other Jeep dealerships in NJ prior to stopping in at Baker, but was frustrated with sales reps trying to push a vehicle on me that was not the setup I was interested in. Anthony went the extra mile to find my Grand Cherokee and I am extremely grateful for that. Good luck. More
About two weeks ago, I saw an on-line ad for a late-model used car at Baker Chrysler Jeep. The salesman offered to hold the car for two days, with no obligation, if I put a $500 deposit on it. I wrote a check for $500, dated two days in the future. He then gave me a form to sign, saying it was a receipt for my deposit. When I started to read the form, he said, “You don’t have to read that; it’s just a standard form.” While I was reading the form, he tried twice more to persuade me to sign it without reading it. It was a sales contract. (I didn't sign it.) More
I made the mistake of purchasing a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Baker. Prior to purchase, we were told that three specific repairs would be made to the car at our request and that the car would be f Cherokee from Baker. Three weeks after purchasing the car, we brought it back to Baker for a minor repair. The service manager told me that the car had not been serviced in "quite some time" and needed a "major tune up." When I told the service manager about the representations that had been made to us by sales, he said that he didn't know what we were told but he did know that the car needed required maintenance that should have been performed 10,000 miles ago. It took me quite a few calls to finally contact the sales manager who refused to discuss the problem with me and then hung up on me. When I brought the car back and asked the dealer to provide the service we were told had already been performed, the service manager told me that the sales manager had told him that he was not authorized to have my car serviced at Baker. When I brought the car to another dealer, he confirmed that the required service had not been performed. He also told me that the three specific repairs we had requested had also not been performed. I contacted the department of consumer affairs in NJ and was told that they have had many similar complaints about Baker. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do about this because it was our word against theirs. My suggestion - steer clear of these guys. More
