He never pushed, but used a consultative selling approach, which was the reason we came back to this dealer even though it was twice as far as other dealers from our home. I would recommend Nick to my friends and family members. Additionally, the receptionist at the dealer was very helpful. She greeted us every time we came into the show room and made sure we were taken care of. She also answered our calls to Nick and kept us in the loop as to the best time and way to catch him. This helped to reduce our wait time, got quicker response to our questions, and made the experience more "family-like." We visited at least ten dealers, in our new car search, and Nick Perna and the Receptionist's responsiveness differented you from the competition. I'm not impressed, however, with these survey questions. "Why" has to be included and "must" be a certain lenght? If you're asking for a customer to provide survey information, "restrictions" should not be included. More
The only complaint I had is that the purchase of the extended warranty was not discussed until I picked up the vehicle. I saw a used 09 Porsche on-line and though I live several hours from the dealership, decided to drive and check out the car after confirming it was still available. First, the car did not have features list hours from the dealership, decided to drive and check out the car after confirming it was still available. First, the car did not have features listed on the internet ad (like Nav system) but I still liked the car and wanted to buy it. Then, after we painfully negotiatied the price and spent an inordinate amount of time doing so, I wrote some personal checks and had a bank check to complete the purchase. The sales manager wanted me to sign a finance agreement just in case my checks were bad. Ha! I told him I could show him on line that my checks were good and that though the bank was now closed, I could assure him the bank check was good... and he could easily check my credit rating. He pressed to have us sign a finance agreement "just in case" which I refused to do. Rather than lose the sale, he finally agreed to accept my checks -- which by the way were good! Two things were missng from the car, a second key and a cable, which I was promised would be provided. I was told the former owner lived locally and still had the second key and the i-pod connector cable would be provide if a cable I had at home did not work (and it didn't). The replacement keys run about $360, the cable about $30. I bought the car on October 1, 2011 and although I was promised I would receive the missing items, I have not. Ironic - my checks were good, their promises were bad! I have exchanged NUMEROUS e-mails with Mr. Connor each time being told a resolution was on its way. As of 29 November, I have not received either item even though my sales contract states that the cable would be provided -- the absence of the second key was not reported until I had conveniently signed all the paperwork, provided my checks, and I was on the way out the door (as the dealership was closing and we had spent about 4 hours trying to figure all this out). The sales contract has a waiver imbedded in it that keeps you from taking these clowns to court so you can't do much about it and they know it. Another interesting fact is that though they said the oil had been changed recently at the dealership when I got the car home (after 2.5 hour drive), I checked the oil and found it dangerously low. I took it to my local dealer and the service rep told me the oil had not been changed recently and did indeed need servicing. Fortunately, after my experience with Baker, I paid the dealer to go over the car and do a full inspection. Other than all the fluids needing to be changed, the car was OK BUT clearly Baker had not maintained the car when they had it. I thought I got a good price on the car but now I drive around in a $70,000 car knowing someone else has a key to it... and still have to purchase a second key so maybe the price was not so good after all. STAY AWAY, STAY VERY FAR AWAY from this dealer. It amazes me that a dealership would risk its reputation on such a small amount of money but clearly this one does not care about its reputation. In my life, I have bought and sold over 20 cars... never had problems like this. More
We had an excellent experience at Baker Jeep. Our salesman, Rob, was fantastic! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. When we showed him a cheaper price that we had gotten at ano salesman, Rob, was fantastic! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. When we showed him a cheaper price that we had gotten at another dealership, he pretty much matched it. The service department was also great. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. Overall our experience at Baker was fabulous! We will DEFINITELY go back there in the future and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. They make buying a car a pleasurable experience...as it should be! More
Wanted to do as much over the internet as possible. I couldn't get Princeton Mini to respond period, BMW wouldn't stop calling me and Toyota never answered my questions and kept giving me the run around. couldn't get Princeton Mini to respond period, BMW wouldn't stop calling me and Toyota never answered my questions and kept giving me the run around. Not here. Nick was very responsive, easy to deal with, up front and low pressure. The best car experience I have had and I have owned/leased over 12 cars. Highly recommend this dealership. More

All contact with both Anthony Napoleon and the Finance Manager was great. No pressure sales. I enjoyed working with them and hope that the service is as good as the sales. Thank you.
