The vehicle we purchased was sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle. One week after purchase, I returned the vehicle to have the entire U-joint replaced. Two weeks after, I had the vehicle inspecte pre-owned vehicle. One week after purchase, I returned the vehicle to have the entire U-joint replaced. Two weeks after, I had the vehicle inspected in Pennsylvania and the mechanic whom I do not know or regularly deal with told me that I need new tires. Buzz Stickle, prior to our purchase, informed me that they do not put a certified preowned car on the lot w/o at least 50% of the tire life remaining. Seems they actually do put them out w/ quite a lot less than 50% and then just use lots of words and attitude to cover up their misinformation. One month after purchase, we installed a new battery. Then, at an oil change, another Jeep dealer down the road from Baker (on Route 1 in Trenton) also told us, and documented, that we need new tires. Baker (the owner, specifically) told me that he would have his mechanics look at the tires to see if they were good. Hu?? Yes, the results were as you guessed they would be: "Ma'am, your tires are well within the standards." The owner signs the mechanics checks; what did he think they'd say!? And, of course that's what he expected, which is why he relied on asking them what they thought. What a twisted racket. I did read other reviews about this dealer but decided to do my homework and take my chances - they had the car we wanted and they were geographically convenient. I should not have done so - we could have found it elsewhere with some patience and time. I would very seriously avoid these guys. The owner is something to behold but I will reserve personal judgements and only rate the entire experience here which was abysmal and we now own a car that will likely cost us a lot of money moving forward (and we did not purchase an extended warranty b/c we figured if it was certified it had been well taken care of and was in pristine shape. We were wrong!) As for customer service: When I requested that they replace the tires and provide an extended warranty at half their cost (we'd share the cost, which I thought was more than fair), the owner all but laughed at me. I was incredibly patient with these guys and I held off making a formal complaint against them w/ Chrysler in hopes that they would make things right. They did not. Heed my advice -- you can find that car elsewhere. And Baker's "deals" aren't deals if the car they say they are selling isn't the car you are buying, i.e. if it is a certified pre-owned only in the sense that they sell it for more, not in the sense that it has actually been examined closely and all reasonable components have been properly replaced e.g. batteries, tires. You may want to AVOID THESE GUYS or suffer the very same inconvenient and costly experience we had. More

Baker's got me an awesome deal. They were the only dealership to get me financed for a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber. I have much less than perfect credit so getting me financed for a new vehicle was dealership to get me financed for a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber. I traveled all day to get their on public transportation. But it was worth the trip. Thanks Baker's! More

Joe was the first one to approach my father and I when we entered the dealer. He made us feel very comfortable and let us test drive the jeep laredo I was interested in. He answered all of our questions ab entered the dealer. He made us feel very comfortable and let us test drive the jeep laredo I was interested in. I was not intent on buying the car that day, but Joe made me feel like it was the right one, which it is, and so we bought on that Saturday and drove away with my car the following Monday after all of the paperwork was complete. Very friendly and great salesman. He ensured me that I would be taken care of with any service issues in the future. More
Purchased a used vehicle from Baker. There is a $339.00 Doc fee that is required. This fee is to do the paperwork within the temp tag period. Had to leave the vehicle parked for 17 days past temp tag expiration until the plates finally arrived. When the dealership was called to resolve this, I was hung up on. Nice customer service?????. Certified pre owned, make sure you know what that means. Recall still on vehicle from 2010, now I have to bring the vehicle in and drop it off for another day. Not sure about what else has not been checked or done, because I have not really been able to drive the vehicle until the plates finally arrived. If they say anything about the vehicle, make them write it down, you will need it later. Don't expect any help from Chrysler, five star rating is meaningless. I would not recommend this dealership!
