Spoke with internet sales regarding the vehicle that I want to purchase as well as the car that I have for trade in. Website had at least 4-5 Wranglers that I was interested in, and Stuart has verified i want to purchase as well as the car that I have for trade in. Website had at least 4-5 Wranglers that I was interested in, and Stuart has verified it. Told me to stop by to look at the ones I like and bring in my car for appraisal. When I got to the dealership, Stuart was not there, so I had to deal with the guy who had no idea about the whole story so clearly he had to look at the notes, but I had to explain the whole story again to him regarding why I am there. Very standard bait and switch. The vehicles that I was interested in were already all sold, and I was offered the new one (2014). Then I was trying to get talked out of the one that I really wanted to a model that was not even being considered, to which I bluntly declined. Then when time came to negotiate my trade in, They were at least couple of thousand dollars lower than I got form other dealerships. Same goes for their vehicle. They would not budge on the price of their car. Typically I was getting quotes 1-2% below the invoice from other dealers, and they were no where near this price. So I thanked them and walked out. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone. More

Worst prices. Wouldn't budge on a wrangler. Shop around and you will find 5 percent below invoice a short drive away. It was very busy (holiday weekend) but the staff did a good job of making sure everyone felt welcome and manning the phones at the same time. I have always found Baker to more customer focused then most dealers. I have used them a number of times in the past and like the saying goes, "you don't sell someone one car". I enjoy the no pressure or sales tricks way they do biz. I always walk out knowing I got about the best deal they could offer. The whole staff is very friendly and they know how to treat returning customers. Jim Shulack did a great job in putting me into my next new Jeep and made the whole process an enjoyable experance. Stewart Koncius was also very helpful and made sure everything went well. and as always business Manager Pete Scalesci did a top rate job on taking care of all the backend paperwork and even made that process fun. All and all I keep going back to Baker because they make you feel like part of the family. More
I was trading in a Ram lease early, and when I went to the dealer where I original leased the truck I was essentially laughed at. I brought it to Baker and Jameson was very open to the idea. We picked out a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee limited, and baker made a very aggressive offer on my existing truck. After going on a great test drive with Jameson, we were able to come to a deal on a lease on the new jeep. Both Jameson and the sales manager, nick, were extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied and was able to get what I wanted. I would recommend baker to anyone looking for a Chrysler brand product, and specifically look to work with Jameson. More
