I am so glad I did - for the last year and a half, I've been enjoying the friendly, helpful service @ Baker, mostly working with Drew but also various members of staff. It's a great confident feeling when they can guide you through what maintenance is necessary, extra, or how to break it up to make it easier on your budget, and getting told about recalls from the manufacturer without even having to ask yourself, no fuss. If there's one thing that speaks to service quality, take a look at how many cars there are in their service lot on any given day, all those people or businesses must have found what I found too.
