We had a very good experience with the Baker Dealership starting with a phone call from Stewart following up on our online inquiry, to buying a used Jeep from Rob and finally finishing up our finance trans starting with a phone call from Stewart following up on our online inquiry, to buying a used Jeep from Rob and finally finishing up our finance transaction with Anthony. Rob was very responsive to our emails after the sale was made with regard to plates and insurance. Rob was also kind enough to find an owner's manual (book and DVD version) and mail them to us after we realized there wasn't one in the Jeep. When i got there he introduced me to Rob and we talked about the SUV. he explained some of the features in the vehicle and even let me take it out for a ride. when we got back to the dealership we started the paperwork and before long i walked out with my 2013 grand cherokee trailhawk. this will be the 3rd jeep i owned and also 3rd grand cherokee and so far love it after 3 days and Rob is even keeping in touch and helping trouble shoot any questions or issues i have using the need technology in the SUV. This place is great and will return in the future if i every need another jeep. More
