When I arrived in person I met Rob Morton who would help me with closing on my vehicle. I had the pleasure to speak with Rob during closing and he showed me the inns and outs of my Jeep. Great person, extremely polite, and knowledgable. I don't recall the sales managers name the day I closed. He was a younger gentleman in his late 20s or early 30s. He was nice enough but a little more detached and less accommodating. When signing a few documents he was almost pushy in not permitting me time to read it fully. I think he caught in I wasn't going to have it and quickly eased back. Not at all a bad person but had he been my first experience with Baker, barring some amazing deal they may have lost my sale. That bump in the road aside I am very impressed with the two I mentioned and the overall helpfulness of the dealer post purchase. More

Jameson Gehm, Stewart Koncius and Business Mngr Anthony exemplified that attitude compared to every dealer I went to before Baker CJD, who just flatly answered "I don't know" and that's it, it's up to you to figure it out, and just continued on to the sales process. They've been as patient as they can be as I can be a really hard customer to please specially with pricing. They gave me the price I want and need with some extras on the car that at first I didn't like. It was the best ever car-buying experienced I had so far.
