Run as fast and as far away from this place as possible. This was the worst car buying experience ever. If I didn’t have my heart set on this vehicle I never would have endured what these people put me thro This was the worst car buying experience ever. If I didn’t have my heart set on this vehicle I never would have endured what these people put me through. I bought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. After my trade in and down payment, they tacked on $10,000 to the total, effectively wiping out the trade in and down payment. Whoever was responsible for doing the vehicle check before it hit the lot did a horrible job. There were multiple issues. They convinced me to take the vehicle that night and they would get me back in to take care of the repairs. They brag about their bumper to bumper warranty. What good is it if you can’t get in? It’s now four and a half months later and they still can’t get me in. I’ve already spent $2,000 of my own money taking care of the repairs that they promised to fix. In addition to all of this, it took four months for them to get me the payment information for the finance company. Whenever I try to communicate with anyone, they all hide in their offices or I get voice mailboxes that are full. I went back after 30 days because my temporary registration was expiring. It turns out the original salesman, Marcus was either fired or quit so now I have Elio. I asked him when I would get my new plates. He said we don’t do that here. You should get something in the mail. As I start driving down Rt. 206 he flags me down, I pull back into the lot and he says we have your plates. Not very knowledgeable. Chris Roman (Finance) and Jason Martino (General Manager) were non existent through this whole process and constantly hid in their offices. I never either of them face to face. When I asked Jason for help he completely blew me off. There are plenty of other Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealers in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those. More
Extremely bad customer service, stay away. I purchased a used vehicle on June 3. I was told there was a delay with the registration due to motor vehicle and Covid.
