So I was a little nervous as I talked about my history with previous ownership and how well they took care of me. Enter Maxine (Max) Bookamer! Even without any past history with the staff there, she completely made me feel valued like they were the ones that had been serving me for the last 20 years. Any question I had, and I ask a LOT of questions, she would answer or let me know she would get the answer for me. As I was trying to decide on vehicles, I made her go on multiple test drives with me. It included multiple days of test drives, and multiple locations. Side note, she’s a great tour guide of Conneaut Lake! And as I was deciding on a vehicle, she was so in tune with my preferences, that she knew what vehicle was my best fit. She didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into another vehicle. She made sure I got the vehicle that was the right fit for me😊 Throughout the whole process she was SO good in the timeliness and thoroughness of her communications!
