I happened to be the first customer of the day as I was anticipating on dropping off my vehicle for a on going warranty concern of my 12" radio display. While being written up by Kevin Bishop, Dominic (neighbor/manager) took interest in my milage and recommended 30k. While negotiating the services and prices we both stumbled across a price concern in the service, in which I reminded the advisor I have a maintenance package. I was quoted $499 Front Differential $499 Rear Differential and additional $499 driveline flush plus addition $175 for my oil change even though i have a maintenance package. With concerns about the status of my package I decide to call Ram Customer Care and gave the dealership the green light to work on my vehicle i would call and check. After 5 minutes of sitting outside of the service drive entrance in my spare veicle infront of service drive I noticed my truck being driven around back by the porter to the back parking area. Watching my vehicle parked I now decide to leave the property as I was still on the phone with Ram North America. Being informed by Ram customer care that my contract is valid, however the dealer I visit price menu is more then contract offer so it's MY choice to pay the difference or follow back with dealer I have been attending that honors my contract. Disconnecting with Customer Service I then decide to call a previous dealer I've visit to ask for price. When I found out another certified dealer offered the exact same service for half the price I immediately called and texted Kevin Bishop to not perform any maintenance service just the warranty concern about radio. My call to Kevin was pretty direct, I want to get the best bang for my buck, Kevin's tone of excitement changed but I was told ok radio only! Kevin then calls me back no more then 7 mins from the canceling and tells me "your vehicle is already in the shop and all my fluids are drained so looks like we going to have to do this service." I immediately stopped him and informed him not only did I just leave the lot and my car is parked in the back but I also have low jack on my vehicle and I'm informed everything my vehicle is started yet has not been started since I left the property. Kevin then goes and reply, we pulled the fluid and opened all the caps on new product and that's over $400 in merchandise that can not be returned. I then reminded Kevin I am a seasoned service advisor I have been through the business and the lies that are being told is turning me away as a customer. Kevin then replies back, well if your not going to perform no service than you can come pick up your truck! I reminded him my vehicle is there for a service which is the radio, Kevin replies, we'll we not going to get caught up in a radio spend all day on that if you not doing anything else so you can take your truck somewhere else. At this point I'm in utterly shock that my 2022 vehicle is behind denied attention of warranty because I'm not interested in over paying for maintenance service. Now I'm turning around to go back to dealership maybe 5 more mins pass between last call and I'm already online with Ram customer service, this time Kevin decides to call me back with which suppose to be a offer by his manager but failed to deliver the message. Dominic now takes over the call to ask what was the price of the other dealer so they can match. At this point I no longer wanted anymore service or work to be performed by this dealer as it is very clear they are crooks and if your not spending any money with them, they will not offer any warranty work. Waisted my entire day and now have to wait 3 more weeks to make another appointment with another dealership. More
This review is about the service department. They are scammers. Specifically, Lochan Latchman. I explained that my oil change and tire rotation was fully covered under my Jeep Wave policy. In order to get the price he originally quotes, he ended up jacking up the hourly labor fee to $209 per hour. I paid $400 for a service that should have been free. Brought truck in for “I/c coolant level low”. They Brought truck in for “I/c coolant level low”. They charged me $4200, went to pick up truck all of a sudden had check engine light, told them, they “diagnose” the truck for 2 weeks and tell me it needs a new turbo!! They tell me it’s back ordered, and nobody has one in stock, even tho a dealer 2 hours away had a turbo in stock. The service manager talks down to u, very disrespectful, when asked to speak to someone in customer service, he said there’s nobody! When asked to speak to the owner, he stated, “the owner doesn’t speak to any customers!!!” After having it there for a month, I pulled it out with a tow truck because all of a sudden it wasn’t drivable. Take it to another dealer and they tell me the coolant level sensor is physically broken. If that’s the case and that’s why I brought it there in the first place, what happened to the $4200????? Frustrated beyond belief!!!Constantino is disrespectful, and the manager Baglione does nothing to help, it’s all about the money for these guys. I should’ve never been here, wish I read the reviews and the comments on the Better business Bureau!! Stay away!!!!!!!! These guys are useless crooks, and don’t bother complaining when the service manager is married into the family. Good luck More

Unprofessional and dishonest. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Very disappointed in their dishonest service. They lie about services being done when it was not conducted. When email was addressed to their Corporate Director David Porter of Route4cars, he calls Saturday afternoon to investigate and call back Monday. On Monday night, I get an email response which made me call FCA Customer Service and file a complaint. The advisors Dominick and Kevin both have evidently lied to David and his email response was "no work was authorized, no work was performed and you were charged nothing." Who would wait for over 6 hours to take a look at noise concerns and requested oil change and then refuse?? The technician even put a oil change sticker for next oil change date/miles but oil change was not performed. The common courtesy to call back was ignored. They did not even bother with a return call when requested. As for the noise, tires with 10/32 in tread were blamed. Kevin says I can call Fidelity Warranty (for tires/wheels) myself and file a claim. Provided no help what so ever. As for the oil change, I was told it's on us since we had you waiting for so long. As for the brake pads supposedly replaced on 3/2021 from CDFR Englewood Cliffs, it still squeaking, when requested to replace the brake pads, they simply said noise could not be replicated... and pads were not changed. The squeaking noise was heard as soon as I left their parking lot and stopped at the stop sign. It's a shame that advisor Dominick who is mentioned for terrible reviews multiple times gets away with lying and unprofessionalism. Don't waste your time here. Take your business elsewhere. More
These people robbed $1,800 from me last year in June 2020 during the height of the pandemic when I happened to suffer a total lack of work due to Covid 19. They ordered a mirror face-plate for me for my 2019 during the height of the pandemic when I happened to suffer a total lack of work due to Covid 19. They ordered a mirror face-plate for me for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited passenger side assembly. It was actually on my birthday I believe June 7, 2020. I woke up and was heading upstate NY to go for a long bike ride in the mountains. When I got in my car, I noticed that the mirror was missing from my Jeep (passenger side.) Apparently people will slide a knife or razor behind the mirror and steal it and resell them. The assembly was fine, just the mirror was gone. Wanting to be a good citizen and get this handled immediately and not have my birthday ruined by this I stopped at the first dealership across the George Washington Bridge which happened to be Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs. The guys took a look at the Jeep and gave me a price of $1,800 to replace the missing mirror. I knew in my head that this was a lot of money and felt like a ripoff. I also was aware that most business' had been shut down for months and were just starting to reopen at that time due to the pandemic and lockdowns. But wanting to just put it behind me and get it taken care of ASAP I gave them my AMEX and let them order the part which was going to take a couple of weeks then would be called and scheduled for an appointment to have it installed. 3-4 hours later after my bike ride it wasn't feeling right with me and I made a phone call to one of my childhood friends who owns a body shop in Staten Island, NY named Leonardo's Auto Body.I should've skipped JEEP of Englewood and went to him first I just wasn't thinkinG at the time. he did advise me that yes I was in fact being ripped off and said he would take care of it for me for $400. I immediately called AMEX and cancelled the charge and called Jeep of Englewood Cliffs and left a message on the machine letting them know I no longer needed the part or installation and that I had cancelled the charge with my credit card company. The following week my friend did the repair at his body shop. Im thinking everything is done and moved on with my life. Long story short weeks later I noticed the charge was back on my account with my credit card company. Me being FURIOUS as one could imagine started the dispute process. I submitted multiple forms of evidence including a receipt for the repair from Leonardo's, a written statement from the owner, and several time stamped photos. The charge was investigated by AMEX, taken off and put back on. this happened several times over the course of the next few months because the general manager of Englewood Cliffs kept on lying through his teeth and fighting it, went on a written record, lied some more and said they had done the work on my Jeep. the general manager is a lying xxxxxxx. I never even left the car there, they never even touched my Jeep but for some reason decided they were going to fight the dispute and ended up stealing $1800 from me which I ended up having to pay to AMEX and not even having my car touched once by these crooks. whatever you do, stay far away from these lying stealing xxxxxxxx.
