Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100. by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took it to an AutoZone for a free fix finder diagnostic & it read Thermostat! Apparently, Jeep doesn’t honor 3rd party test results, Well how come Jeep never ran a diagnostic themselves. Manny, the machanic tells me , he can change the thermostat on the outside! Why not properly & morally change it at the service center!! He then continues to inform me that Raj is wanted for fraud and he’s on the run, no longer with Jeep and that Dominick is a liar! In which I can agree More

I was told it would be done within 1-2 hours. Dominick Baglione Service Manager and his Team are the BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, competent, courteous, friendly and professional. His knowledge of Jeeps far surpasses any other service manager I have ever worked with for various cars that I own. Brought my Jeep in for a shifting issue and also engine light. Follow trough and follow up are non existential. When an issue arises the dealership shows zero customer service. The service department has been an absolute nightmare.
