I never write reviews but I need to warn people about this dealership. The service department are scammers. They kept my vehicle for 30 days and then sent me a bill for $8,500 in storage fees. They "CLAIMED" the vehicle was fixed an waiting for me. I brought it in for a transmission under WARRANTY. They said it only needed spark plugs and after an hour of negotiating with DOM the service manager telling me that he was going to tow it and impound it, He agreed to take $1400 CASH. So with no other options, I picked it up and did not make it 5 miles from the dealership when the transmission would not shift. Turns out, that they lied and did not fix anything. These guys have a great scam going on. As per all the negative reviews, they are not good people. More
I found Jay and Dominick great to work with for my Durango. They were helpful and reasonable and they explained my issues thoroughly for me. Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100. by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took it to an AutoZone for a free fix finder diagnostic & it read Thermostat! Apparently, Jeep doesn’t honor 3rd party test results, Well how come Jeep never ran a diagnostic themselves. Manny, the machanic tells me , he can change the thermostat on the outside! Why not properly & morally change it at the service center!! He then continues to inform me that Raj is wanted for fraud and he’s on the run, no longer with Jeep and that Dominick is a liar! In which I can agree More

I was told it would be done within 1-2 hours. Dominick Baglione Service Manager and his Team are the BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, competent, courteous, friendly and professional. Dominick explains everything in detail, in laymans terms when needed. BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, competent, courteous, friendly and professional. His knowledge of Jeeps far surpasses any other service manager I have ever worked with for various cars that I own. Brought my Jeep in for a shifting issue and also engine light. His Team carefully diagnosed the problems and resolved all to my highest expectations. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service and with Dominick Baglione in general. He is fantastic! I highly recommend this service department for any of your Jeep needs. More
Follow trough and follow up are non existential. When an issue arises the dealership shows zero customer service. The service department has been an absolute nightmare. No one from the dealership has been reliable what so ever. Can’t even provide a client a loaner vehicle while a brand new car sits in the dealership with zero fix ?? More
