I was a loyal customer bought 3 cars there but will never spend another dime with them. After calling 3 times to set up an appointment and being on hold for no less than 10 minutes each time finally get thr spend another dime with them. Give him my info and debate with him about my car not being in their system. Sounds impossible since I bought the car there. Set that aside I finally just ask for an appointment which he set up for the next day. That morning I take the car in and talk to service guy about the issue with the car not starting without a jump. He tells me the diagnostic charge is $400 or I can get full service for $349 and that is included. I tell him I just got the car serviced so don’t need that. I ask him to explain why it cost $400 to hook the car up to computer? He says that’s the policy you pay that period if you don’t get the work done. I said to him that sounds like a “F en rip off” and that is where the wheels go off the tracks. His boss Dominic the service manager sitting next to him decides to rudely jump into the conversation and tell me “you don’t have to leave the car here”. I ask him why is he interjecting and even involved here and he tells me once again you don’t have to service your car here. We go back and forth with some explicit language and I grab my keys and leave. I have to tell you I have been driving for over 30 years getting cars serviced and never have run into anything close to that. I have owned 5 Jeeps and a Ram and these guys are the worst. Do not service your car there support your local garage. Took it there they replaced the battery all in $200 and change. No diagnostic bull. More

Like anyone else, I was nervous, skeptical and on the defense when I walked into this dealership. Ready for a salesman to pitch me a line and feed me stuff I didn't want to hear just to make a sale. The salesman and GM took time to listen to my situation and treated me as a human being rather than a dollar sign. They were very understanding and helped me every step of the way to get me out of my current lease and into a new truck. So if you're looking for a new ride, I highly recommend this dealership More

Went to do a first service since buying a car, he told me I had to pay additional while jeep wave covers the first two services. SCAM, RACIST, ATTITUDE. No matter how sales are I will never go there to do service nor buy a vehicle from them. Also they connected to Rt4 Jeep so therefore willl not go there either. I rather drive farther to get better service. More
These people are actual criminals. I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in because it was having issues starting. I received a call from Raj (spelling) in service telling me tha I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in because it was having issues starting. I received a call from Raj (spelling) in service telling me that rodents had eaten through some wires in the under carriage and that it would cost between $3,500 to $4,000 to repair. He sent me pictures of the alleged damage. He then tried convincing me I should not contact my insurance company until after they repaired it. He claimed if I went through insurance before it was repaired it would take a month or more. I told him that sounded sketchy and that I was not comfortable doing that. I picked up my car, called my insurance company and they sent over and adjuster. He was not able to locate the damaged wire harness but wrote up a claim and they flatbedded my vehicle to a legitimate body shop. I got a called two days later saying they had checked the vehicle thoroughly including having their computer guy hook the vehicle up and that no wires are damaged. They said it was a simple battery issue. I called the dealership back 4 times and have yet to receive a call back from Dominic tre device manager. These people are disgusting. Stay far, far away from this dealership. More
I had a crazy issue with my jeep and spoke with the salesman I work with George. He was so kind and guided me as to what to do to tow the jeep over. Kevin was my Service Advisor and was also so incre salesman I work with George. He was so kind and guided me as to what to do to tow the jeep over. Kevin was my Service Advisor and was also so incredibly nice! Kevin worked with my jeep until the problem was found and resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recommend this dealership, George and Kevin to anyone who is looking to lease or fix a jeep. Thank you all! More
