After have a less than pleasurable experience at another Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I had a very pleasant experience with the dealer of Englewood Cliffs. After working with Elias and their finance department, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I had a very pleasant experience with the dealer of Englewood Cliffs. After working with Elias and their finance department, I left feeling very revived and confident! Before arriving, I was already on edge from dealing with the pervious dealer and the way Elias explained the entire process from square one (first to me in English, then my Mother-in-law in Spanish) was the perfect solution to a stressful process. I feel fortunate to have met Elias and other members and will be going to this dealer on any of my further needs with my Vehicle! More
STAY FAR AWAY. Salesperson Elias had a smug attitude from the min I walked in as if he was selling water to a thirsty person. I was given a price and was told go elsewhere if I wanted a single dollar better. I was told they had black gray and white but when I choose anything but white I was told oh they were sold. In the last 10 mins? Then after I made a payment on my trade in they lowered the price and acted like they did me the favor Eventho I was just giving more equity in the car. After all this I wanted the car but I told Elias my salesperson I wasn't happy and would share my experience online. Right away Sales manager Tim Sweeney called me and canceled our deal. Telling me I can't talk about my experience online so the deals OFF. It's shady and scummy of what's supposed to be a reputable establishment to act in a business manor such as this one. I wonder what the bbb is gonna think of the written text I have in a deal then they back out I was told they didn't have anymore on the lot anyways. Or that they were trying to silence me of their shady practices. Thanks for the experience. Shoulda never made the trip there. More

Car sales man Jin was amazing. I was able to get most of the work done through phone/text messaging. The moment I got there I probably spent less than 1 hour and a half just to get I was able to get most of the work done through phone/text messaging. The moment I got there I probably spent less than 1 hour and a half just to get my brand car which was great. Just two days after I purchased my new vehicle it started to give me electrical issues. It took a few days, but I was advised by the service team there was a factory issue ( loose wire). Apart from the faulty electrical issue my experience went well. More
