One and done. Never again. On 01/27/25, I made the unfortunate decision of going into the business with this dealership. I leased out a 2024 Dodge Hornet r/t thro Never again. On 01/27/25, I made the unfortunate decision of going into the business with this dealership. I leased out a 2024 Dodge Hornet r/t through CDJR of Englewood Cliffs. Immediately after leaving the dealership, the car proceeded to shut off and not turn on after being parked in my driveway for the night. The next day, I returned the car to the service department and awaited their decision. This process took 2 days. 2 Days where I was out of work, and not offered any kind of loaner or anything. When I received the call to pick up the car, I was told that a module had to be updated, and that the car should be alright from here on out. The car was not alright. The car since then has shut off almost every day that I have had it. I have missed 8+ days of work over this, and there has still been no offer of support from this dealership. Today, on 03/24/2025, The cars battery went out as I was driving to work. I lost control of it for a second, but managed to turn it back on and bring it to a stop. I had to get the car towed back to Englewood cliffs, and I attempted to see if they could let me borrow a loaner for the time being. They denied my request for a loaner, and now i'll have to be out of work for several more days as they try to figure out whats going on with this brand new car. I came to CDJR looking for a reliable vehicle so that I could get to work, as my last vehicle had just finished breaking down. After less than two months, i've found that all that happened was that I allowed myself to get ripped off and now I have to continue getting ripped off by this dealership for 25 more months. All I asked for was a loaner, so they can finally fix the unsafe vehicle they put me in. I didn't think that was too much of an outrageous request considering how ridiculous this has been. But that was way too much to ask for, they were quick to take my money, and leave me with nothing to drive. Countless visits to this dealership, in less than two months. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Please, avoid at all costs. Update 03/27/25. It has been 4 days since i've dropped off my vehicle and there is still not update on what's going on with it. Keep in mind, this is a new vehicle. Dodge Cares, which is their corporate customer care branch, has done nothing for me because nobody in the service department picks up the phone after a certain time. The customer relations manager who commented on this, Marilyn Batres, called me to note some information down. After 4 days of making dozens of phone calls and speaking to dozens of people in this dealership, nothing has been resolved or done to help me through this time. This place is xxxxxxxx, please take it from me, do not do business with this place. More
I never write reviews but I need to warn people about this dealership. The service department are scammers. They kept my vehicle for 30 days and then sent me a bill for $8,500 in storage fees. They "CLAIMED" the vehicle was fixed an waiting for me. I brought it in for a transmission under WARRANTY. They said it only needed spark plugs and after an hour of negotiating with DOM the service manager telling me that he was going to tow it and impound it, He agreed to take $1400 CASH. So with no other options, I picked it up and did not make it 5 miles from the dealership when the transmission would not shift. Turns out, that they lied and did not fix anything. These guys have a great scam going on. As per all the negative reviews, they are not good people. More

From the moment I arrived, Tim made sure I was comfortable and understood that my needs came first. Rickey was incredibly helpful, walking me through the different options and never once pushing me into something I wasn’t ready for. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. When it came time to finalize the deal, Jose was just as great. He explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood all my options without any hidden surprises. The best part about the entire experience was how relaxed it was – no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary upselling. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100. by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took it to an AutoZone for a free fix finder diagnostic & it read Thermostat! Apparently, Jeep doesn’t honor 3rd party test results, Well how come Jeep never ran a diagnostic themselves. Manny, the machanic tells me , he can change the thermostat on the outside! Why not properly & morally change it at the service center!! He then continues to inform me that Raj is wanted for fraud and he’s on the run, no longer with Jeep and that Dominick is a liar! In which I can agree More

I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million dealership was so horrible I had to warn other customers. I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million n repairs the minute I drove it off the lot. I called multiple times the day after and left messages as well as emails and they did not call back until I started sending emails. They subsequently ignored me and said that since I drove off the lot it was my fault for not doing a thorough inspection. I unfortunately could not get the car inspected at any NY inspections center because of the tints on the vehicle. This car was not ready for sale but they sold it anyway. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this dealership. More
