Rickey was incredibly helpful, walking me through the different options and never once pushing me into something I wasn’t ready for. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. When it came time to finalize the deal, Jose was just as great. He explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood all my options without any hidden surprises. The best part about the entire experience was how relaxed it was – no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary upselling. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart. Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100. by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took it to an AutoZone for a free fix finder diagnostic & it read Thermostat! Apparently, Jeep doesn’t honor 3rd party test results, Well how come Jeep never ran a diagnostic themselves. Manny, the machanic tells me , he can change the thermostat on the outside! Why not properly & morally change it at the service center!! He then continues to inform me that Raj is wanted for fraud and he’s on the run, no longer with Jeep and that Dominick is a liar! In which I can agree More

I rarely ever right reviews but my experience with this dealership was so horrible I had to warn other customers. I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million dealership was so horrible I had to warn other customers. I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million n repairs the minute I drove it off the lot. I called multiple times the day after and left messages as well as emails and they did not call back until I started sending emails. They subsequently ignored me and said that since I drove off the lot it was my fault for not doing a thorough inspection. I unfortunately could not get the car inspected at any NY inspections center because of the tints on the vehicle. This car was not ready for sale but they sold it anyway. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this dealership. More
