I had a dealership for my 2023 Ram close to my home. I called 3 times trying to make an appointment, never speaking to a actual person and the phone system would hang up on me. I waited a day and made my fourth phone call, finally able to speak with someone to schedule for an oil change. The appointment was made 3 weeks out. (for an oil change are you kidding me!!!) I called Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clifton Park, a real person answered the phone. I had an appointment the very next day. (On a Saturday) In 1 1/2 hours I had my oil & filter change, tires rotated and two recalls done. This is now my new dealership for my $94,000 2023 Black Widow Ram.
