Bad service, terrible service department. Had a recall made an appointment for Saturday morning. Had made a few additional requests for service such as having a water separator changed, havin Had a recall made an appointment for Saturday morning. Had made a few additional requests for service such as having a water separator changed, having a factory remote programmed to my vehicle and having a key cut from Vin number. Service department was overwhelmed with vehicles. My recall was for a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel center link and tie rod ends. Because service was so busy there staff never put my truck up on the lift and claimd that all was good with my center link and tie rod ends. Truck is all over the road with what is called Driving Miss Daisy syndrome and the death wobble. After waiting 3 hours for them to do a computer update and nothing more, my issues were never addressed, my extra things were never done, this place is a joke. Don't fall for their fancy commercials they suck plain and simple. Believe me they're only interest is to cash out on a new vehicle sale. The incident was brought to Matt Zaponnes attention. He was about as ineffective as the rest of his staff. Called Chrysler Corporation And they sent me to a real dealership. Take the extra ride somewhere else you'll be thankful in the end. More

I had a noise from the dashboard and it took over 2 hours to figure it out. I called the manager but he was " busy " and would call me back of course he didn't. Don't go here it is a rip off. The should be shut down for ripping off the customers. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB. More

Service advisor Jeff Coon listened to my request and made service suggestions based on my vehicle's mileage and my desire to have it road ready for an upcoming trip. He explained what was needed and personally kept me updated while the vehicle was being serviced. This is my third visit for service to Zappone, once for my daughter's Cherokee (purchased there) and the second for my Town and Country. I will definitely be back for my next scheduled service and want to thank Jeff again for his outstanding customer service! More

They do not want to consider your circumstances and make any warranty accommodations based on what is right. It took five days to make a diagnostic of my vehicle. I opted to have the work completed somewhere else based on my treatment. They charged me $106 for the diagnostics and after having the work completed somewhere else, the diagnostic was incorrect! More
