This is my first time going through a dealership, and this place, by far, is the BEST experience I have ever had. I wanted a Jeep Wrangler, and when I got there, I was walking the lot. Within 30-45 secon this place, by far, is the BEST experience I have ever had. I wanted a Jeep Wrangler, and when I got there, I was walking the lot. Within 30-45 seconds, a golf cart pulled up with Carl "Wheels" Harris. He was genuinely kind and professional and asked how we were. We stated what we were doing and what we were looking for, and he offered us some water and some test drives. He was so personable and genuine, I felt such a calm around him. We didn't find what we wanted and went to 4 other dealerships and were not met with a smidge of the customer service Carl gave us. SO, we went back, and Carl shopped for us for a month until he found the car for us. We test-drove cars every weekend, and he had them gas'd up, keys ready, and a smile on his face. Just the peek of kindness. We finalized the deal with our jeep with him of course, and it was a breeze. We had to bring the car in for service, and Matt in the service center has been extremely transparent as well as empathetic. I have truly appreciated him reaching out frequently as well as informing me of every little thing. Wonderful dealership all around!!!!! More
