I wish i could give 0 stars. I spoke to a salesman multiple times about a vehicle, made an appointment to come in, negotiated a price, and secured financing. As we were standing there talking about it, another salesman walked right over, put another couple in the car, and had them drive away. Worst experience ever This so called dealership change the oil on a friends car and the oil filter fell out the next day. She told them about it and they picked it up. She went to pick up the vehicle and was sworn at by Mike Pendagast. He told her to take the car and get off the lot. This is the most unprofessional rude service I have seen. This place is a huge joke and should be investigated. Don't take your business there. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! More

They were polite and nice to pick us up and bring us there. From the point of entering the vehicle is was a hidden nightmare. He also had no level of respect or professionalism as when a sales person has a couple or 3 or 4 people in front of them they should they should focus there attention accordingly versus making a potential customer extremely uncomfortable do to the eyeballing factor of the man's spouse. This is extremely non professional and it's actually a huge lack of respect. It's not a jealousy thing it's a respect thing. Being at a dealership to get a vehicle is not being in the environment of hey wye sex my wife. This is a problem and shows the level of respect from this establishment to me and to others should be very well aware and prepared. This was not a friday or saturday night out at the local bar. There is a time and place for things and at the same time to eyeball a person significant other in a very rude mannerism is not tolerated by myself at anytime I feel it's very disrespectful. I wasnt bring my wife there or myself there to feel levels of discomfort and also to have him walking behind her as the deal fell apart due to the nature of how he couldnt control himself he decided to take one more shot as we were leaving and he was focused on her as we were exiting making her backside the focus of his attention at this point and hom being very offensive towards me. I will never go back to this place for anything at all ever NEVER. The lady who gave us our water was very nice. More

Don’t trust The Zappone dealership. They have employees that lie to lure you into the dealership then when you get there its an entirely different story. They are your typical “slimy” car salesmen who not that lie to lure you into the dealership then when you get there its an entirely different story. Repair shop screw up Insure my vehicle went in for a recall repair why was there had them do a little extra work cost me over $2,500 ended up going back in a week later be Insure my vehicle went in for a recall repair why was there had them do a little extra work cost me over $2,500 ended up going back in a week later because of engine noise fuel line was left off and brakes we're making more noise than I've ever heard had to replace shocks struts fixing exhaust manifold leak minor one and put plugs in it I get my pickup back making more noise out of the engine than any car should they tried to charge me $8,000 to repair the motor or change it I soon after found out there dealer rating that they list was done by a fake dealership rating site only thing you have to do is look it up online it'll show it would not recommend them to repair my bicycle very incompetent dealership run screaming do not buy from them and don't let them work on your vehicle More
