Bought our car when it was Napletons now it’s not. Neither organization increased my thoughts about car dealership. Recently went in for issue. Not satisfied. Said everything great. LOL. I bought a brand new 4XE Jeep early last year before the ownership change. The guaranteed maintenance program is not honored, nor a simple all weather Matt that was promised and not delivered. I was just given a number to call the corporate office of the prior dealership. The car keeps showing an engine light which is very frustrating, I bought a new car to avoid this situation. Service center is 30-40 mins away from my house which is very inconvenient to have to keep coming back to the shop. I’m seriously considering selling the car and buying a different brand More
