After 20 minutes of waiting for them to find my car after arriving to pick it up on 8-26-23, the manager of the dealership informed me to call the police to report it stolen as there's no record of where it arriving to pick it up on 8-26-23, the manager of the dealership informed me to call the police to report it stolen as there's no record of where it is and the guy who has been handling the repair of my vehicle isn't answering his phone (Joe). While on hold with the police for over 45 minutes, my vehicle was somehow recovered after they told me I wouldn't be able to get it (because "it's being 'white-glove' detailed" and that the detailing place is closed on the weekends. Once they finally brought it back (hours later) to the dealership from wherever they had it, they then refused to give me the keys to my own vehicle. They were saying they're not going to release my vehicle back to me (after they already stole it) because they wanted me to sign a piece of paper stating that I would not pursue legal action. Extortion!!! Only after asking several times for the keys to my vehicle were they returned to me with the promise that the owner would be calling me Monday morning (8-28-23; today) to be issuing me a full refund for this repair that took all summer to complete. (My vehicle had been in the shop from May 22). The only thing I ever signed off on being repaired was what was covered by my warranty. I never authorized the several thousand dollar charges that they demanded be due within 24 hours after producing an invoice and the payment link. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they made me sign paperwork that stated I did a walk-through of the vehicle and was able to assess the work that was preformed. Please check your cameras because I asked to see the vehicle before signing off. No one gave me an opportunity to look at the vehicle or the purported work that was preformed on it. Not only did the owner of the dealership not give me a courtesy call today, but when they were called, they were rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and frankly unprofessional. Claiming that do not owe me any kind of monetary compensation or an apology. Claiming that there was a "miscommunication." I have records of everything and I'm ready to tell all. Businesses like this MUST be held accountable. Not just for what they did to me, but also what they are likely doing other people. Who wants the details? Please call me. Thanks for reading. VERY POOR: The rate the service center's explanation of cost of service; The speed of service for your vehicle (is 3 months normal??); The communication from the service department; The wait at the dealership during your service visit (hours long); The service pickup and delivery with this dealership (was not at dealership when arrived to get it back and the manger informed me to call 911 to report it STOLEN). Went in over week ago after jeep making noise when braking. They told me had to replace the CV Axles. Total was 1800. I was moving to Florida days later and exact noise is still there. After decades of good service and reasonable costs from Napleton, when my husband and I bought 7 cars, I got gouged on price the first time I came in for service.
